So, I did it.  

Well, sort of. I guess being on a break is better than being completely still together. I like being semi-single. I have a lot of time to think about other things now. Not other boys really, just other priorities. I don't want to be with anyone for a loooong time. I need some Regine time. That's all. I'm still working through other boy issues. I should be over them by now. Suprise! I'm not. 

Funny how irony works.

I was so upset with him for not sucking it up and just getting over stuff, and now look at me: we  weren't even anything serious and I can't get over him.

C'est la vie, non?

Well, I'm getting ready to go to a birthday party. I plan on celebrating the first night of single-dom by being around a bunch of new people that will hopefully be a lot of fun. I need some fun. I think I deserve it tonight.

So now I'm pretty much settled. I'm in my room and I'm bored to death. I should be out making friends, but I don't really feel like doing anything. The weather is so crappy outside. It's not raining anymore but I don't feel like leaving my room right now.

I don't like the tile floor. I really need to get a rug. my feet keep getting dirty. Yuck.

I bought a book today. I don't know when I plan on reading it but at least I have it now. The Brothers Karamazov. Yay!

I've gotten so bored with life this summer. I miss everyone already. I never seem to have time to hang out anymore. Then when I do, I get home late and I'm tired for days. I don't know if it's worth it. I sound like an old person, but I don't care.

I need some sleep.

I called Chris and he had a sucky day too. We're gonna go to Waffle House, his idea. I'm glad I introduced him to that place. I'm glad I was introduced to that place.

Off to drown my sorrows in waffles and coffee. Decaf, I suppose.

Walmart 5 dollar movie bin.

Those are possibly the best and worst thing to happen to me. I swear... I'd like to go in Walmart someday without coming out with 14 items. I just went in for brownie mix and I came out with 3 movies, two for me and one for a friend. I can't be trusted with a debit card. Aarrgh.

As for summer...

I've been playing a lot of Guitar Hero. I'm on medium now, but I think I can get to hard by the end of the summer. I got a 333 note streak on My Name is Jonas, which is pretty exciting. I should be working out though, not playing video games. Oh well, I'll work out this week some time... maybe.

I did get a raise at my law job, which was pretty awesome. Lego scheduled me like everyday this week too so that'll be nice money coming in too.

As for everything else on my mind...

I don't know what to do with myself. I tend to dwell on things. Not out loud, but I think about them forever until I just want to scream. It's retarded. I need to get over it but it's not really working. I'm strong in a few ways but I don't know what to do with my weaknesses, especially when they come in human form (particularly boy form).

I don't know what to do for the next three weeks. I have seen all the same people this summer but not often. I haven't had a lot of time to spend with a lot of people that I want to see before I become a resident of Denton, TX. I wish there was more time in the day... yeesh.
