We recently played the New Hazlett Theater in Pittsburgh and it may just become our favorite new venue in the city. Dave Bjornson and the crew are super nice and the place is frankly, awesome.

They were nice enough to record our recent short set on 3 cameras and pro tools HD so here it is in full. See you all soon!

Hello All,

I thought I'd take sometime to update everyone on the current events surrounding Action Camp. We are working everyday in "The Bunker", our recording studio/epicenter of Action Camp. We plan to finish all final tracking by the end of the month., and then move on to mixing in February.

If all goes as planned, the first Action Camp LP will (finally) see the light of day sometime in March.

Fingers crossed,

- Bengt

Thank you to everyone who came out to Great Scott tonight. Unfortunately the odds were against us so we didn't get to play (due to a bursting water pipe).

There is light at the end of the tunnel however: The venue has offered us a primo spot in the near future so stay tuned for that.

All is well in Pittsburgh. I'm getting the whole tour from miss Maura. We went to the Warhol (very cool). We took pictures in the photobooth there (see our pics). We've been recording alot on late nights which we've found to be most effective in the creation and performances. Went to Kennywood today (local theme park). There are more adventures than can be told in this post so pictures will be up with comments, etc. when we get back.

All is well in the Action Camp camp (ha!). I recently had the time to go record a bunch of drums overnight at my former school. They sound awesome, and I am very very (very) tired.

Tonight, the lovely Miss Maura and I should be tracking some of her instrumental contributions to the record. The record is sort of slow going, and may very well be an LP at this point. Don't expect it out this summer anymore, as we've decided on a policy of quality over quickedness (not a word, but you know what I mean). We're taking our time.

Look for some shows in July, where we will at least be handing out free cds with a couple finished tracks so we won't leave you kids totally empty handed. As it stands now, it looks like the 2nd week of July will be our trip to Pittsburgh.

I suppose all of you saw the bulletin about the 'Best I can do" live video. If not, here is the link again:  http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=ActionCamp
I will try to get some more videos up tonight.

In other news, Miss Maura is gone for the week back home to Pittsburg so I will be doing considerable more amounts of recording in my underwear simply because I can. Sometime in the next couple of weeks we will be having a party of sorts inviting all friends and fans over to one of our homes to record random banter and background singing on the record. Keep checking back for more details.

We uploaded a couple new pics. Some from after the Cambridge show (feat. Bobby Kittens), and some from recording sessions. Check em out.
