The spring tour is over…and what a blast it has been!

Thanks to everyone who came and made all of the shows such

a fantastic experience. Thanks to the band, the crew and all of you

who came to see the shows. You made this the best tour I’ve ever been on.

Thank you! :-)

 

But fortunately it’s not over yet…at all.

The band and I will be playing all summer long and all the dates have just been announced and uploaded to www.timchristensen.dk . Check the live-section and hope to see all of you out there  :-)

Dearest friends...

First of all, thank you so much to all the people who’ve attended one our shows on the tour. The band and I are enjoying being on the road so much and together with all of you guys, this tour has turned into a genuine joyride. Thank you!

A few bonus-dates have been added to the tour. Most of the remaining shows are
sold out but there is still a few dates with tickets available. Check out the LIVE-section on this very site.

Dates in Holland and Norway is on the drawing-board right now and will be
posted on this site as soon as they are confirmed.

And there is all the festivals this summer. Yes, we will be at a bunch of them
and these will posted on the LIVE section as well as soon as they are officially announced.

Unfortunately the show in Holbæk’s Elværket February 11th has been rescheduled due to illness. The new date will be May 15th.Tickets already bought for the original date will of course be valid for the new date. Sorry about this guys ☹ ☺

The tour was kicked off last Thursday and what a start!!!
Thank you so much to all of you beautiful people who turned up to the
first gigs of the tour and made all 3 nights absolutely amazing.
The band and I couldn’t have wished for a warmer welcome ☺
And also a personal thanks from me to the guys in the band. It’s such
a true pleasure to have you on board boys.

A lot of the dates on the tour has been sold out, but tickets are still available

The new single, ‘Hard To Make You Mine’, has been released
digitally and entered the Danish chart TJEKLISTEN at no. 4.

A lot of things are happening at the moment.
The band and I are rehearsing like mad for the tour and it’s going to be fantastic.
A bunch of new songs, some old favourites and a few songs I haven’t played live in more than 13 years!! Hope to see you out there. The tour starts in a week and tickets for some of the shows are still available. Check the show-list for dates and ticket links.

The band and I will be performing on a new TV-show on DR2 called BACKSTAGE. The concept is for 2 bands to meet up in a big TVstudio with each bands live set-up. Both bands will play 2 songs and also team up and play a song together. The band we are meeting is Figurines. It’s been a favourite band of me and my band for a long time and we look very much forward to finally meet the guys and even get to play with them. If you don’t know Figurines, check them out at www.figurines.dk . The show will be filmed in DR Byen on February 16th and a limited amount of tickets are available on www.billetnet.dk. The air date for the show is February the 28th.

2 award shows are coming up. One is the classic DMA (Danish Music Awards).
Superior – the album - has been nominated for two awards. One for Best
Singer/songwriter Album and one for Paul Wilson’s amazing cover artwork. The show will take place (also) on February the 28th, but is not being transmitted on TV this year. (The band and I are playing a show in VEGA Copenhagen, so unfortunately we won’t be able to attend the DMA show anyway)
The other award show is ZULU Awards. Also 2 nominations here. One for Best Album (Superior) and for me as Best Male Artist…. and this is where I ask your help.

Finally I will be on Danish TV Thursday (January 29th) on the show Go’ Aften Danmark on TV2 for an interview. The show starts at 18.25 – 19.00.
