I feel like the rug's been pulled out from under me.

I've got to stop letting people in...all I do is get hurt. And the pain gets worse everytime.

I am getting all my wisdom teeth cut out so I can keep my useful teeth purdy and straight ^__^ Doing this on Dec 18th, so if you want to see me, better make it before then, or better yet, come visit me (bring whiskey!) in valley station so I won't be bored to tears out here. Hopefully this means I can avoid Christmas activities and use pain as an excuse to just sleep through the holidays lol

Probably spending the 2 days before that in Cincinnati visiting friends... get to see Heather, Morgan, and Brian, hopefully John as well... I just had an amazing time with Mo and Heather in Cleveland... me and Richard picked them up and we all went to see Blitzkid. Almost didn't make it b/c of snow (literally.. on the way home, almost went off the road..eek), but it'll take more than that to hold me back from seeing one of my favorite bands. The guys get nicer and more awesome each time we get to see them...I love it, and I love experiencing their shows with my friends. Hope to see them again in January!

Those songs make me feel so many emotions, and she just sounds like a dying cat who simply knows the lyrics. NO FEELING AT ALL. Fuck her!!!! The worst version, by far, is "Anywhere I Lay My Head"...ZERO EMOTION!!!!!!!!!

So my Christmas was better than expected, but...it always sucks haha. I mean, it's the shittiest holiday ever. Anyway. I got to spend Christmas Eve with everyone at Bobby's (Kristin especially <3), then with Ronnie & Josh the rest of the night. And get this....my two best friends, Ronnie and Kristin, got me the exact same, thoughtful gift. I lost my spiderweb hat early December, and they both ordered me new ones! I will never be hatless again. Jeannie and I have been spending more time together lately, and that's always great. I also got to hang out with Eric a few times while he was visiting home, and that was amazing...I miss that boy so much already :P

However, there was a big downfall to all the happy. Yesterday I ended things with Scot. It was really hard for me to do, but my heart isn't into much of anything lately, and I just can't connect. I need lots of alone time, as cliche as that sounds, it's true. I guess I thought I was ready for something serious and then it came way too fast, too fast for my mentality. I was just hurting him by not being able to be affectionate, so damned if I do, damned if I don't, right? I'm still recovering from assault from the summer, and it's hard for me to mature in that direction. I just hope I don't lose him as a friend, as well as our mutual friends. No one seems to understand what I'm going through except for my close friends who know the entire story....I've never been bitched at or lectured for breaking up with someone in a non-harsh manner, and now it's like....wow.

For someone who loves Halloween so much, it is also a very bittersweet holiday for me to celebrate as an adult. A very, very single adult who has never had the joy of sharing my favorite holiday with someone I love.

Couple costumes? I hope you rot in hell.
