Well it's that time of year again - Prospect Lane are heading up the M1 next weekend (20/21/22 Feb) to Leeds for a recording session at The Crypt.  We won't be leaving until at least two new tracks have been put down - we'll even be sleeping in this, possibly haunted, underground location!

Mixing won't be complete until a fortnight later so you'll have to wait to hear the results but hope you're as excited as we are!

These will be the first new recordings under the Underdogs Management umbrella, and already a lot of development work has gone into making the weekend as special as possible - thanks to Faye, Gemma and Rich for their input and encouragement.

It's been all summer and a bit of autumn in the making, but it's now here (almost)! Prospect Lane's newest track veers closer to electronica/dance than ever - a sign of future direction or just an interesting offshoot? Time will tell, but look out for our best self-produced track to date later this week!

Prospect Lane are the main support for  'THE VIEW'  headlining that night with an accoustic set and a  DJ set. The date is Friday 12th Sept. The venue is Jamm in Brixton, South West London. ProspectLane will be on stage around 11.30pm with THE VIEW on stage straight after. This will follow with a club night.

Ash White from Ashby Del a Zouch, has been found dead. Ash was an amazing friend and a very talented published poet and musician. I was fortunate to know him for many years and spent two years together with him in Boomshanker. There was no one quite like him.  Ash took a strong interest in Prospect Lane and played his role in it's inception.

Ash was the first person to start a site for the legendary Black Widow on MySpace - please show your love on his original, great Black Widow MySpace site www.myspace.com/blackwidowleicester .

Ash had planned to link his future musical projects  with Black Widow.

His Funeral will take place on Thursday in his hometown.
