I've started with the main neighborhoods, some are referenced in more than one area due people's perceptions of where capital hill ends and downtown begins.

If you don't see an area you want to read about, find the next closest, it may be listed there. For example, I don't have a Wallingford section, but you should check Ballard or Fremont for those listings.
