thanks for all the kind words re maida vale session. we all had a great time and phill & ian did a fantastic job on the mix... we stayed until midnight to get it right....& yeah.. i neeeed to get an SSL mixer now....
Thanks to Beccy Grierson & GP for instigating and Sam Cunningham at BBC for all her help :)
Hopefully we can do some live things with this group in the future, but, given the phd situation & trying to get 12 professional musicians in a room at the same time is pretty tough!

Vacuum EP vinyl landed today. sounds & looks great. biggups kay shin on the artwork...and the zillion mastering engineers who had a go at cutting it.... 7th time lucky!
that should start finding its way to shops from today...officially landing on monday 7/9/9...talking of which, the bei bei/shawn lee 10" lands that day too! 


anyway, saturday, Fatima n I will be kickin about Cargo LDN playin some tunes with El-B, noodles, heatwave & SHORTSTUFF!! n, best of all, its free b4 9:30!

should have been out last month.... we on TP no 5 now...keeps going wrong

once its sounding right it'll be out....!  but thers no point in setting a date anymore....

MAKING RECORDS IS WELLL LONG...its mad, i bounced it down on the 4th of february....

im currently writing some music for a little ensemble im trying to scrape together fro a thing at the roundhouse...its a couple of strings, brass, synths, beats, guitars etc etc..... hope i can get it finished & rehearsed! more details when ive actually heard it!
