My progress on the

I have been busy the last months with all the Doctor apts. for my dad. 

I am curently half way done on the latch hook rug with the Feast of Fools logo on it.  I am at row 62 of 124 rows. The color of the strip next to the .net is orange not red.

In Memory of Larry
(aka Jazmine T. Guy)

12-16-68 to 11-25-05

Larry and I meet September 1999 and we got an unofficial marrage Dec. 31 2005 at 7 pm.  at a gay bar with a gay minister.  We moved to northern Iowa and lived in a few small towns up there.  We decided to move back to our fav town of Waterloo/Cedar Falls area September 2005.  He had a mild stroke before we moved in April and had another mild stroke after we moved to Cedar Falls.  He started to go through Dimentia and go down hill after we moved to C.F.   On November 23, 2005 he had no blood pressure so the ambulance was called and we took him to the Hospice home for constant care since he had a D.N.R on him.  We spent Thanksgiving in the Hospice home last year and his brother and sister came down from northwest Iowa to see him.  It took them a 3 hour drive to Waterloo.  They left for home at 7pm on the 25th of November.  When they got back home Larry some how known that they made it home all right cause he passed away at 10:20pm and I was next to his bedside when he took his last breath.

I know that puting this Memoral in my profile is looking in to my past but I am trying to keep his memory alive.

I want to let every one know we had the best 5 years together.

I had to take a break from making the latch hook rug cause my hand was cramping up.  I got 24 rows done out of 124 and I am trying to get as close to the original colors but I am having a hard time finding the yarn that closely matches the colors inside the star.  Here are a couple of photo's that I took today of the progress. 

The Kibe Family comes home today and there was a couple hundreds of fans and VIP's here to see there reaction. I was on the set of the filming and there was a lot of activity on the set of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.  I can't post any videos form the news station KCRG TV but you can follow the link to the station and look at the videos there.  There estemated air date of the show The Kibe Home on Extreme Makeover: Home Editon will be on`ABC TV on Nov. 5th at 7pm Central time zone.  I had a lot of Videos and photos to go though and make a video of all the small clips that I took.

I went to the Building of the new house and they got extremly far in just over one day. 

Yesterday at 9am they were doing a combine demolition derby at the site and that is why i could not get close to watch it. 

Today was an amasing progress I am posting two videos and 2 pictures of there pogress.
