... how many times have a prison been broken into - as opposed to blown apart for someone to escape? Well, i`m voting for the last solution really, but ... well, you know ... things happen. After being a dedicated follower of OZ i have been looking forward to the new series Prison Break. Actually it`s on right now. The first two episodes ... and my response so far? Well ... If the man of my dreams, Wentworth Miller, can`t find his way out ... I will have to break in. Ok? ... words are not enough... sigh!

The religious group Concerned Women for America is attacking Mattel over what is most likely an overlooked error on a Barbie website. Children are given three choices on a pull down menu - "I am a Girl", "I am a Boy", and "I Don't Know". Because of this, the CWA is sending out a massive wingnut alert that Barbie promotes "gender confusion" and bisexuality. [Source: Towleroad] What the Concerned Women for America would make of SUICIDE BOMBER BARBIE is anybodys guess... I think she looks fierce, happening and ready for some heavy duty confrontation ... Not for sale though... 'Suicide Bomber Barbie' by British artist Simon Tyszko. His doll, currently on show in the ICA's bookshop, wears a military incarnation of her usual uniform. Tyszko's Barbie also smiles - her lips painted with pink gloss. Around her waist, however, she wears an explosives belt. And in her hand, instead of her purse, is a detonation trigger. Apparently some copies of the interactive talking book "Potty Time With Elmo" were clandestinely programmed to say, "Who wants to die?".
According to a Local 6 News report, the manufacturer has received more than one complaint about this. The correct statement is, "Who wants to try to go potty?" [source: BoingBoing.net]

In my playlist for late november, early december in the next issue of Blikk i listed Stacey Q "Two Of Hearts" and commented on the rumours that both Girls Aloud and, fellow norwegian, Annie have been seen sniffing around that gorgeous tune and wanting to cover it. Who will you work with for your next album? I`m looking out for new people. I`ve already done three new songs with Richard X. We did one cover of a song called "Two Of Hearts", a cover of that Status Quo record. What`s that like? It`s a dance version, quite poppy, definitly different. I`m not a big fan of Status Quo, but i`ve always liked that song - it`s great. Oh, dear... As i said before; STAY AWAY FROM THAT SONG!!! ...and no, i`m not a fan of Status Quo either. But if they actually made "Two Of Hearts" i would have to say i was a fan though, you know what i mean...? I think, the idea of, Annie is great - just not great enough i guess...
