Hey everyone,

So although we have been on a hiatus for various reasons over the last year, we are going to put things on hold for the remainder of this one. Rory, John and Ryan have decided to record a new record and tour with their other/old band, American Steel.

 We decided we needed a break from things after four years of hard work. The odd thing is, we had just completed the majority of a new record, but decided that this felt more natural at the moment. We may post some of the finished songs for you to listen to, especially since many may not make the long journey to next year when we expect to release a new full length.

 So thanks for listening, being awesome and such, and we will see you when the ice melts next year.  That is of course, if American Steel doesn't tickle your fancy. We can't be the only three who like both bands!

Yo yo, our extended play single, er E.P. is out now. Click here to buy it directly from us, and we'll cut out the middlemen, right? Right. We're pretty stoked to say that you can soon buy the EP digitally from our site as well. Plus, you get album artwork when you buy it from us directly. Besides, we're better friends than iTunes or somesuch aren't we?

We're going into the studio in the next week or so to begin recording our follow up to 2004's Poison Arrows. It's been too long, but we have a lot of great material, and we can't wait to present it to you personally in the spring of 2007. We will be coming to your town.

In other news, Rory has started a new record label called Artist Music Group. The focus is going to be on putting great music and connecting artists closer together with music fans. Doing it all with equity and integrity as the golden rule. Not a new idea, but sadly few and far between these days. Releases will be announced in the future.

Ryan has bought his own recording studio, Sharkbite Studios. This is where we have recorded for years and where we will be creating our forthcoming record. Pretty rad. Check it out http://www.sharkbitestudios.com

So we have not been touring this year but we have been very busy, and are finally free from our contractual obligations with Lookout Records. Hey Kids,
