I will tell everyone both LAPD Sgt's Heard and Kim, who interviewed me today, December 28th, 2006, were both courteous to me, BUT, there was something that DIDN'T SOUND QUITE RIGHT TO ME when it was said, and, when I listened to the tape. Sgt's Heard and Kim tape-recorded me and I tape-recorded them. It did get a little intense at times. I told them both with words to the effect that they were both OK. They didn't try and sucker me. At this time I will only give some of the names of people that came up during he interview:
OJ Simpson--Anthony Pellicano--Johnnie Cochran--Robert Shapiro--Carl Douglas--LAPD Detective Ronald Y. Ito--Marcia Clark--Christopher Darden--LAPD Captain Jeri Weinstein--Ex LAPD Deputy Michael Berkow--Rocky Bateman--Gil Garcetti--Nomi Fredrick--Biggie Smalls--Brad Roberts. There were a few more.
Apparently, and also according to Sgt. Kim, LAPD Captain Michael P. Moriarty has created a complaint in my name,
Case -----CF No. 06-3275----regarding an E-mail I sent to LAPD on June 26th, 2006. I was unaware of it (The Complaint) until yesterday, when I picked up the certified letter from LAPD at the post office. I will tell everyone this: Certain LAPD Personnel are reading my blog, THAT'S FOR SURE. I will post that E-mail in the comment section.
Sgt. Kim wanted Nomi Fredrick's E-mail Address. I will post her website (He can get her E-mail Address from her website) for Sgt. Kim in the Comment section along with some other links, one link in particular, that Sgt. Kim said he hadn't looked at, for "WHATEVER" reason.
NOW, let me tell EVEYONE What is going to be "COMING DOWN" in The OJ Simpson Case and Saga. Like I said before, with words to the effect, OJ Simpson Needed money, so, He "GOT" money, via Judith Regan. He knew darn good and well that Fred Goldman would sue him. OJ Simpson is "GEARED-UP" for Fred Goldman. Simpson will have make-a-go to find his "REAL KILLERS." But OJ Simpson will have to get over ONE-GIANT-HURDLE, and that's:
ROCKY BATEMAN.

Update, December 24th, 2006. I received a U.S. Post Office notice to pick a letter up. WELL, the notice says it's certified and I have to sign for it. And guess WHO the sender is? LAPD. I will asssume the WORST, based on prior............correspondence with certain LAPD personnell. Namely, RHD LAPD Detective Ronald Y. Ito, LAPD Captain Jeri Weinstein, and LAPD Captain Richard C. Wemmer. There's MORE, but I will leave that for later....................... Here is my answer: If ANYONE from The LAPD thinks they can "SUCKER ME"? You Can't, you're "ALL" not smart enough. If anyone from The LAPD wants to talk to me? It's going to be in a public setting, since I have "NOTHING" to hide, and concerning me, LAPD HAS LOT'S to hide....................Understand Chief Bratton? LAPD? Your "MOVE" is Next. Times article: Click here: 1---2 There is ONLY ONE Female Captain (Not by Name) mentioned in this article: "In the lawsuit, Christle alleged that Berkow had a sexual relationship with a female captain under his supervision and that the woman was subsequently allowed to remain in her post beyond a three-year limit set by the federal consent decree imposed after the Rampart scandal. Reached Thursday, the captain denied any romantic or intimate relationship with Berkow." So, if my source is correct, and this source is "VERY RELIABLE, " LAPD Captain Jeri Weinstein was "BANGING" on "THE STUD????," Ex LAPD Deputy Chief Michael Berkow???? (Pajama's and ALL?) GOOD GRIEF....................and was "allowed to remain in her post beyond a three-year limit set by the federal consent decree imposed after the Rampart scandal.? Isn't that breaking Federal Law? I think it is. Ms. Weinstein's former boyfriend and "BUSNIESS" partner, and MORE........., Anthony Pellicano co-defendent ex-LAPD Sgt Mark Arneson, may want now comment on his "RELATIONSHIP" with Ms. Weinstein.  Tuesday October 31, 2006 Tape Tells Tale of Pellicano
Los Angeles police did not need any fancy computer program the time they turned the tables on private investigator Anthony Pellicano and secretly taped him in one of their own station houses.
Pellicano had requested a meeting with the police detectives investigating his client accused "limousine rapist" John Gordon Jones so they told him to come to the Hollywood station at 1 p.m. on Dec. 9, 1998.
That's when police led Pellicano into an interview cubicle where a hidden microphone was connected to an old fashioned cassette recorder in another room, nothing like the "Telesleuth" system Pellicano is accused of using to wiretap people all over town.
But however primitive the technology, the tape of the police station encounter provides a rare opportunity to hear the now imprisoned Pellicano in action. He can be heard boasting of his celebrity clientele and the money he earns, prodding the detectives for information even as he insists he isn't and covering his rear after a break in was reported at the apartment of a witness against his client.
"It wasn't me," Pellicano says. "Anybody who does anything illegal, get 'em." It's one of several comments that resonate with different meaning in 2006, as Pellicano remains held without bail while an investigation into his activities shakes Los Angeles' entertainment and. legal establishments Pellicano's work on the Jones case is the basis for eight of the 110 counts of a federal racketeering indictment accusing him of bribing police and wiretapping to dig up dirt on people that he was investigating. Those eight counts allege that he had a Los Angeles Police Department sergeant on his payroll run background checks on women who accused the millionaire barhopper of slipping them date rape drugs.
In fact, two of the women, still listed as Jane Does, are atop the long list of names that Pellicano allegedly ran through police databases they're the earliest such crimes cited by federal authorities.
The case involving Jones who was eventually acquitted is also an early instance of allegations of illegal eavesdropping by Pellicano. Here, they spilled out in court years before he came under official investigation. If what he was doing was a secret, it was badly kept.
Voluminous records from court proceedings also highlight a dilemma that Pellicano seems to have faced in the wide variety of divorce and Hollywood cases in which he is alleged to have made wiretaps: How do you use the powerful evidence such snooping generates without giving away what you are doing?
This episode from the seamy edge of Los Angeles nightlife also shows Pellicano in action, whether trying to neutralize witnesses against his wealthy client or schmoozing with the prosecution team seeking to send the man to prison for life. Pellicano apparently did not suspect that he was being recorded in the police station that afternoon in 1998, for he said things he would not have wanted shared with the world, such as cursing out his own client.
The encounter was disclosed, however, when the government had to turn over the 32 minute tape to lawyers for Jones during the discovery process leading up to his trial. The Times also obtained a copy, portions of which can be heard at latimes.com/tapes.
There's much on the tape that sounded like harmless banter at the time but which invites a second listen today, such as Pellicano's touting his law enforcement contacts ("I got a lot of friends on the job") or telling the police, "I have a lot more information than you think I do."
Even what sounds like a friendly quip to the sex crimes prosecutor, Deputy Dist. Atty. Karla Kerlin "You behaving yourself, by the way?" could be seen as not so harmless after documents surfaced in subsequent litigation suggesting that Pellicano may have been digging into her background too.
Seven years later, Kerlin still finds it hard to believe that anyone might have thought of intimidating her with a tidbit from her past, her stint as a showgirl in Las Vegas.

1. Do I understand you correctly that you never gave at least a transcript of your Ito tapes to the IG as part of a complaint against Ito?
2. I understand bad cops, but why would news people want you dead?
3. What kind of evidence do you have of a Murder for Hire plot?
4. What type of drugs killed Wasz? I believe that was no accident either.
5. Pellicano, yes. But he is also a pawn. That is why the Fed's set him up with dynamite to get involved in investigating him. He was too tight with LAPD brass.

Bill Pavelic.
Will Mr. Pavelic ALSO say he NEVER Talked to me? I wonder if Bill Pavelic will Remember this # ? (818)-242-0081 at 12:47 PM on Febuary 4th, 1996. And I would think that Bill Pavelic would know that his Secret Phone # that he STUPIDLY gave me thinking that he gave me his Fax #, showed up on my Pac Bell telephone bill, MORE THAN ONCE, when I called and talked with him. I still have that bill and have made copies and have them safely "TUCKED" away in MORE than one place.

I received information (But is it True or False?) that Bill Pavelic "WORKED" for Anthony Pellicano and was discharged from LAPD for psych reasons. Pavelic was considered to nuts to work. Now get this:
LAPD only does three or four of that type of discharge in a decade supposedly.
Pavelic also was on Pellicano's payroll before Pellicano's arrest. HUH?????
And this information (But is it True or False?) about Bill Pavelic:
Anthony Pellicano worked for Bill Pavelic and with Bill Pavelic in the past. HUH????
Now Isn't Bill Pavelic "BRAGGING" NOW that he is going help take Anthony Pellicano down?

Sorry I had to get off so fast the other night. O.J. brought the kids

I've told you before, it's the sex- always was, always will be. he

will hear,
oh well. He gets angry when I say no but I'm really conflicted -
sometimes I
want in - sometimes I want out - you know what I've been going
through. Agony

You know Faye - she hates him - but secretly I think she's really
"hot" for
O.J. So the tension when he stops buy is awful. He's on me, she's
on me -
everybody's on me. It's a nightmare. I'm always tired. Stress
I guess. All
wound up. I hate having someone around all the times. So many people.

don't even know, or like for that matter coming and going - So, if I
seem edgy
Cora I'm only concerned about the kids.
Faye hangs with a crowd that frankly scares me. She's really a nice
person
but very addictive. I've had my flings - see what this lifestyle did
to
Denise. The children are too important. I can't give O.J. any
excuses (like he's
perfect..) but he's right too. He doesn't like her for a reason.

she's a lousy mother - maybe, but she's got problems - that why I
try to help.

Nicole" Sure put's a different "LIGHT" about what Nicole Simpson thought and knew about her sister Denise Brown. Nicole says that the "CROWD" that Faye Resnick hangs with scare's her. I'll bet it did. Read into everyone........................................... I NEED and WANT to address this situation. When I am wrong about something or someone, I admit it.
I was TOTALLY, 100% wrong about all the negative things I said about Paul Barresi.
Paul Barresi is a VERY, VERY good hearted man. Every person in this world has faults. No one is perfect. I want to apologize to Paul Barresi right now for what I said about him. Paul, please accept my apology for all the negative things I said about you.

And let's not forget: More of The OJ Simpson Case There was a LOT of attention by LOT'S of Media outlet's regarding Fred Goldman's filing to the "right of publicity" of OJ Simpson's name. The way I understand it, if the the Judge on October 17th, 2006, rules in favor of Fred Goldman, Fred Goldman pretty much "OWNS" OJ Simpson. Wouldn't that be something. So that would probably mean that OJ Simpson really would have no other legal alternative but to find "THE REAL KILLERS" of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman. BUT HOW, and I mean "HOW," is OJ Simpson going to account for Rocky Bateman? I want to thank the people who have given me some legal advice. Now, according to testimony given by Dale St. John, St. John testifies HE Drove OJ Simpson, well, Here's Part of The OJ Simpson Case Civil Trial Testimony,
Daniel Petrocelli to Dale St. John:
"Q. Were you a limousine driver in June of 1994 for O.J. Simpson?
A. Yes, sir.
Q. And how long had you been driving for O.J. Simpson?
A. Three, three and a half years."
CNN's Ken Shiffman tells me he thought Rocky Bateman was a Good guy and Believable.
After telling Art Harris of CNN that Rocky Bateman was being paid off by OJ Simpson, Harris makes this Comment to me, "Simpson is paying a lot of people off, Isn't he."
Rocky Bateman was in Hiding in Oklahoma when Harris first had Voice Contact with Rocky. When the Scene's of Rocky's CNN Interview were taken, Harris and Shiffman had "SNEAKED" Rocky into Los Angeles to take them. I got Phone 's that will put Rocky Bateman in Oklahoma at the time that LAPD RHD Detective Ronald Y. Ito says he went looking for Rocky. Rocky was also in possession of a Corvette and lot's of cash in his pocket right before he split for Oklahoma. When OJ Simpson had that 1-800-number for leads to free OJ or something like that, I asked one of OJ Simpson's People if they ever had heard of a Code Word that I left on that message machine. Now mind you, I left Several message's on that machine and I used the same Code Word everytime. OJ Simpson's person said he NEVER heard of that Code Word I left. How can that be? IT CAN'T Here is the bottom line: OJ Simpson and IS GUILTY OF the Murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, AND he Had Help Doing it.
Rocky Bateman (My Ex-in-Law and OJ Simpson's Regular Limousine Driver for a certain period of Time) Helped OJ Simpson by "Disposing" of some of OJ Simpson's Murder, I'll call it Evidence, ON, MORE THAN ONE OCCASSION. And that's NOT all Rocky Bateman Disposed of for OJ Simpson.
