One thing that bothers me about My Space is when people do fan pages, but you can't tell it's a fan page. So to keep from falling into any confusion, I am in no way connected to Empire. I wasn't in the band. I don't know anyone in the band. I just read an interview with Derwood Andrews in the Big Takeover and it introduced me to Empire.
Being a huge fan of the bands that Empire influenced, I knew I'd love Empire. And I've been almost fanatical about them ever since.
Expensive Sound is a masterpiece.
