Our vision for this retreat is for you to completely and utterly immerse yourself in dance and truly get into your body and mind and move your practice forward by volumes...yoga and belly dance for 6 hours or more a day for 3 days with both Rachel and Ariellah.

I cannot tell you how beneficial this weekend will be for your practice, your mind, your body, your soul, your spirit.

The event is in Murphy's, CA, which is the heart of the "gold country" and a gem of a small old town. The event will take place on a most beautiful hilltop at a beautiful and eccentric bed and breakfast called Querencia.

Of course there will be a show featuring both Rachel and myself and the local belly dance community. It will be a show NOT to be missed.
