I look into the sky...
and I miss you....

I miss your laugh and the way your blue eyes shone full of glee,
I miss your talk and your smell the way your skirt swayed to your step,

I miss your hand over mine and your tears on my lap,
the confidence and the angry moods and i miss you telling me how much you loved me,

I miss your calls and your screams and even that sometimes i thought
you were a pain,
I miss you with all your silliness,

I can't think you left me....
we promised to go together and dance in the other  world,

We planned to retire in India and chase the old man on the river bank,
we made so many plans and i knew you will always be there for me and i for you,

There are family of the earth but you were my family from the soul,
and even that we yelled and fought we always made up and laughed our way,

Now you are gone...
and I am lost just like when I lost my Guru years ago,
I never thought i could feel that pain again....that loneliness,

I miss you ...i never missed you before but now I do,

and even that i know you are more free than ever to be with me,
that you might be laughing your ass off seeing me cry for you,
that you are so close as my angel....

all i can think is ...
how much I miss you and will miss you for the rest of my life,

If you just knew how much you were loved and for so many ,

i miss you mi Hermanita Catania leela  sister of my Soul.

and the song "because you Loved me" explains all i want to tell you.

forever yours
tu hermanita

The Infinite need to be!

to be known,to be acknowledged to be somebody,to be loved,
to be understood,to be recognized,to be counted and embraced.

a monster of need with thousand heads of Desires...

Desires that make no sense but satisfied this monster of a
thousand Heads.

And buried deep within a tiny Voice that says let me free!

Let me be what I am...

What I am...

I need not to be One or all,no need to be understood or loved even hated,
no desire to have an image or to be adored I am above all that let me be free.

I have no yesterday,no today nor tomorrow,no heaven no hell,no conscience nor remorse.

I am above thirst or hunger need or satisfaction if you just let me be free you will see
I have no Devil nor God no form nor emptiness.

Let me be free from my own demon of a thousand Heads called Myself.

I find lots of our physical and emotional even spiritual suffering comes
from addictive memories.

Look at my own behavior i see a repitative cycle of suffering episodes and
when there is any physical reason the mind goes to the emotional bank of data
and takes painful memories that relieved bring pain and misery and sometimes as
i have seen bring a bitter sweet feeling that gives some kind of twisted sick pleasure
to the emotional body thus creating misery when shouldn't not be a reason to be and
removes the sensations  of all surpassing peace and harmony in the 3 bodies we are composed of.

could this be the way we bring so much misery to our world? could be why we go after the Martir/victim
role so much? is this why we imprint so much heavier the painful memories than the happy ones?

So Memories is another behavior problem we have and after all is why we make so many other horrible behaviors,
the memories of the sexual pleasures,of loving interludes and of misery and pain and we recreat again and again
hence creating psychological disfunctions in ourselves like personality changes, depression, anxiety and so many others
but why are we so unfamiliar with this process of our mind? could be we do not like to observe our own behavior
to see the horrible self mutilating monsters we transform in cause is simpler to blame the upbringing
our parents, enviroment or the society instead of taking charge of our own causes.

I know a person who invented Her own Memory lies that for years she believed herself to be true and punished over and over again for something that Her addictive mind created for her own self torture/pleasure that fulfiled Her until the truth was unveiled to see all was creation of a sick twisted desire of self punishment.

I feel we need to go deeper into this and will find an addictive mind as as bad as any other addiction and even
more deadly.

until the next finding i come up with.
anyone who likes to explore the possibilities of Psychology out of the ordinary are welcome to contact me.

Are you looking for me? i am on the next seat.
my shoulder is against yours.
you will not find me in Stupas, not in Indian shrine rooms,
nor in Synagogues, nor in Cathedrals:not in Masses,
nor in Kirtans, not in legs winding around your neck, nor in
eating nothing but vegetables.
you will find me in the tiniest house of time.
student tell me,What is the Beloved?

It is the breath inside the Breath.

How To Attain Nirvana

we talk about the definition Nirvana.  Now the question is: If Nirvana is such a singular consciousness that a lot of people spend all their lives to attain it, is it possible to explain how to reach Nirvana? It's hard work, no doubt, but once Buddha attained Nirvana, he explained some simple facts that this article will revisit. Listed below are the steps left to us by the Buddha himself. Keep in mind, however, that the journey is built everyday into all of our actions, from the moment we say good morning until the time we lie down again to sleep.

Clear your mind and be in peace of spirit for reading these steps:

1.       Knowledge of the four noble truths.

1.   First, suffering is inevitable in life in all forms--inside and outside us, from a broken heart to unavoidable diseases, aging and death.

2.   Second, all suffering comes from ignorance. We cannot see the truth about what happens in our lives; we don't understand why things happen; and why we don't get the best from each action. Your ignorance reveals itself through your anger and envy.

3.   Third, we MUST BELIEVE that the suffering can stop (through learning and practicing the path).

4.   Fourth, knowledge of the existence of the path, called The Noble Eightfold Path.

2.       Practice the Noble Eightfold Path: It's the fundamental way to apply the teachings of Buddha in our lives, and it happens through:

0.                           The Right Understanding - By a constant journey of self-knowledge, searching for a way of life that makes us able to grow spiritually.

1.                           The Right Thought - Free of the three poisons: envy, anger and ignorance.

2.                           The Right Speech - Avoid creating bad karma with your words. Be truthful, compassionate and helpful while talking.

3.                           The Right Action - Use the body to implement and express conclusions of the Right Thought and Understanding.

4.                           The Right Way of Life - We must do all of our jobs and daily works with morality. We can't expect to earn money from things that may cause suffering to our brothers.

5.                           The Right Effort - It's not easy to always keep in mind these teachings, but with the right effort, we will be able to evolve. We must have in mind that to win all the treasures of the Dharma - teachings of Buddha - we must exercise every moment in all of our actions, carrying the goodness with us at all times.

6.                           The Right Attention - We must attempt to perfect our nature (our pure spirit) and not fall into the illusion that generates anger, envy and ignorance.

7.                           The Right Concentration - We must learn to calm our minds using meditation, to find peace of spirit, and to not get overwhelmed with every little problem.

May all sentient beings have happiness and its causes,

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and its causes,

May all sentient beings never be separated from bliss without suffering,

May all sentient beings be in equanimity, free of bias, attachment and anger

While there are many conflicting accounts of Kali's origin (and indeed, she is, by definition, beyond time itself), in one story, Kali is said to be formed of the poison stored in Shiva's throat, which he swallowed when it was produced during the churning of the milk ocean.

There was once a celestial demon named Daruka who had acquired immense powers. As is the usual desire of such demons, he set about harassing the gods in every way possible. The gods, as they often did, made their way to Shiva to ask for his help.

"Lord, save us from Daruka. We are unable to slay him, for he is destined to only be killed by a woman."

Seeing the gods in supplication, Shiva smiled and said, "Don't be afraid."

He turned to the goddess Uma, who was sitting by his side and said, "Splendid lady, for the good of the worlds, please slay this demon."

Hearing this, Uma entered Shiva's body in a subtle form. Then, creating another body from the poison stored in his neck, she came out again. She stood before the gods as the all-powerful Kali, with her wild matted locks and three flashing red eyes. Taking up a sharp trident, she set out for the destruction of Daruka. After a short fight, she beheaded the demon and drank his blood. But her anger was not assuaged. The entire universe seemed to shake as she vented her fury with terrific shrieks. As she danced and spun around, her feet pounded the earth with the sound of thunder.

Shiva at once assumed the form of a small boy. He sat in a cremation ground near Kali and began to cry. The beautiful child immediately attracted the goddess. She went over to him and tenderly raised him upon her lap, offering him her breast. As she suckled him, Shiva sucked out her wrath and she once again assumed her form as Uma.

Kali also appears from Uma or Parvati on another occasion, when the goddess hears her husband insulted. Infuriated, she transforms into Kali and a number of other formidable manifestations of the goddess. And in an account found in the Linga Purana, which describes how Shiva set out to destroy the cities of the demons, it is Kali who rides along with him, whirling a blazing trident and intoxicated on the blood of her victims.

While Kali often attracts the worship of persons strongly desirous of material power and worldly enjoyments, this is a dangerous pursuit. It is the great paradox of material life. The more one tries to extract enjoyment from the material energy, the more one becomes exposed to the possibility of pain and suffering. Kali is the extreme representation of this truth. When approached solely for pleasure, she inevitably delivers pain...
