Let my mind weave imaginary tales
And throw away the thoughts of yesterday
Let the colors and vigor respire through my lungs
And fly me into oblivion
Have the cares and worries of feeling and thoughts
Be something uncivilized
If anything, let my mind be free!
To do what it pleases
No matter who is in the way
Please have my soul be released of this mortal entanglement
Let who I am fully embrace me
For I am someone to not be reckoned with
Even though I only know a piece of the truth
My soul is old and my spirit is young
My paradox never ending
So please let my mind be free to weave imaginary tales
For the real ones are too jaunting
Life is for the living
And I have yet to begin
