Yesterday was great because the Black MBA Association event went well. Crystal was there and she really stepped up to help out. On another note, the Dee Copeland Team is changing our name to Copeland Group Realty. Since we're going to do several ventures, our new name will better fit a more corporate name.

My team is rocking and I'm finally getting into the work required for the various boards and commissions that I'm on. I really like the Mueller Redevelopment Advisory Committee because I'm getting a chance to make a difference in East Austin. The Black MBA Chapter is great too because there's so many smart, talented folks in the organization. We have big plans this year, so it's time to get cracking.

My team may start a video blog, so I'm looking into camera options.

My little team at Keller Williams is growing. I hired a really good investment specialist for my team and she's helping me tremendously. Besides buyer agent's, we're looking to hire some writers to keep up with the blogs that I've been managing. We hope to quadruple our sales from this year.

I'm also moving forward with service to the community. I was appointed to a lot of boards this year. The really important once are the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams, two committees for the Austin Board of REALTORS, and the Mueller Redevelopment Advisory Committee. I'll be able to represent the minority, real estate, and small business community on that project.

Shane and I are moving to the new home in South Austin. It's really nice and will be done March 22nd. It's about 3000sf, but I don't think it looks that big. We want to live there a few years and move to a bigger house on some acreage.
