My name is Grease Not Gas. I am a seven-year old renewable fuel company focused on using vegetable oil in diesel vehicles. In 1999 a guy named Mike Parziale started me because he wanted to provide information to people who were interested in renewable fuels. On greasenotgas.com you'll find an overview of how it all works, why we're doing what we do and exactly what it is that we do. I would like to thank Issac and Nate from Myspace for contacting me with the opportunity to promote my project to all of your gazillion members.

If you're just getting interested in renewable fuels and wondering what this vegetable oil stuff is all about let me just mention these few points before you read any further....

- Vegetable oil is a non-toxic biodegradable fuel that can be used in any diesel motor.

- Because of the lubricity of the fuel, its usage will prolong the life of your motor and fuel pumps.

- The usage of vegetable oil provides more horsepower and better fuel mileage when compared to diesel fuel.

- Unlike diesel exhaust vegetable oil burns clean and doesn't cause cancer.

- This renewable resource could end dependence on foreign oil, not just in the US, but all over the world.

- Grease Not Gas is cool.

- Vegetable oil cannot be used in a gasoline motor. Because the diesel motor was originally designed to run on peanut oil the vehicle must be a diesel to begin with.

By fueling up behind restaurants across the United States, the boys from Piebald were able to save over 3000 dollars on this 18,000 mile journey. This video takes you on the road with a rock band that is making a difference not only on the stage, but also on the road. Regardless if you've never heard their name, or you've been a fan for years, you'll appreciate their unique sense of humor and love for life as you learn with them. Being that this is their first attempt at a veggie powered tour, you'll benefit from all the tricks they figure out for a successful grease powered trip. You'll get to check out the 100 gallon grease tank, the heating system and the filtration set up, while learning which types of grease are clean and how to collect it. Not to mention all the fun of being on the road with one of the best independent rock bands out there. In this DVD you'll find special live performances that you can't see anywhere else.

Approximate running length: 35 minute main movie plus DVD extras.
Thanks for your support, you're a good person and you smell nice.

In late February of 2006 Grease Not Gas set out with the good people from Snowboarder Magazine on a vegetable oil powered trip across the entire United States and back. In this DVD we'll be stopping at a ton of places, including Mammoth, Salt Lake, Tahoe, Summit County, Oregon, Washington, New England and even Kansas. We'll also check out the US Open in Vermont and Superpark in Colorado. Running on vegetable oil through snowy conditions can be tough, especially when you have to collect cold grease from a restaurant. So we welded a custom tank for our RV that can last at least 800 miles between fill ups. This video rules because you can learn so much about why renewable fuels are important while seeing some of the best riding of the year. Some familiar faces and riding you'll see include the likes of Luke Mathison, Amber Stackhouse, Sylvia Mittermuller, Sean Genovese, Jeff Keenan, Scott Stevens, Max Weinberger, Laura Hadar, Jesse Burtner and many more. If like you Snowboarding but you don't like global warming then this is the movie for you. Packaged in 100ecycled paper with no adhesives, printed with Soy based inks and shipped to your door. Look for the 9 page article written by Ben Fee in the November issue of Snowboarder Magazine.

Approximate running length: 40 minutes plus DVD extras. Thanks for
supporting US renewable resources, did i mention how good looking you are? Well, you are.
