Current mood: cantankerous
We here at the Labtoy/Xenocult camp would like to take this opportunity to mourn the passing of our friend (and for some of us bandmate) Zero. He hasn't been seen in weeks. We can only assume that he got some sort of nasty disease from one of the many transsexual hookers that he has regularly paid to have sex with and that he is now dead.
our thoughts are with his family and his many sexual partners both human and "otherwise".
R.I.P.

Zero 1987-2008
Damn it, Zero. *sigh*

You crazy mother-fuckers. Thank you for the amazing time! The people were amazing, the bands were phenomenal and the venue was superb. Big thanks goes out to Talbott Street club for having us, and the bands for sharing the stage with us. 7 Mile Radius completely power-owned the stage, as well as the crowd, and TKK was simply insane like always. We had a great time and would love to come back every chance we get. If you guys want to see Xenocult again, or see us at any other venue. Just let us know! We live to play, and wish we could do it every fucking night. Thanks again! (In a tour-blogesque fashion, here is a crazy sidenote: On the way home, our car broke down, and our phones started dying. We couldn't find our triple A card, or get a hold of someone who had one. We ended up having to call 911, then, calling a friend (Word up to Cecil) to loan us money for the tow. All in all, we sat on the side of the road for almost 2 hours. Crazyness. ) Edit: Thank SEVEN Mile Radius for the link, be sure to check out the pics of all three bands at http://nuvo.net/ - Awesome.

Hey guys! Long time no blog right?? Anyway, i just wanted to tell everyone about the new remix i posted. It's a song called "Clench" by Horrible Circuit (You can check them out here -Horrible Circuit-) and it's part of a remixing contest being held by Booker, of Horrible Circuit. Be sure to drop some comments and messages letting me know what you think of the new tunes (Also, i am ALWAYS looking for artists needing remixers, i love to remix, lol)...
In other news, Xenocult's profile has undergone some changes, and there are still more to come, plus, with any luck, there should be a release coming soon. All i can tell you now is that there will be 8-10 tracks, and it will be a loud, heavy, electronic monster of an album. I will be sure to post more, finished material as it becomes available. Until then, i'm out, much love to all.

So even though Xenocult didn't get to play the show with them, I found out that they are the coolest guys around. I drank with them for quite a while and had many a drunken conversation about MSI, Deadstar, Birthday Massacre and a number of other bands. Not to mention watching snuff and then discussing it with the singer Jon(sp?). So all in all the show was one of the better legacy shows in a very long time, all bands rocked, no drama, it was awesome.
In other news, i have gotten quite a response in my search for a vocalist... Which thrills me to no end. Xenocult shouldn't be gone for much longer... But if you are intrested still, by all means, send a message this way... well, i need to wrap this up everyone, i'll keep you updated.
