so i got sent some pics from an interview i did for a japanese magazine, Go Screen (sorry but I have no idea how to write that in Kanji). shot in taiwan a little while ago. they look good i guess, it's OK being vain right?

they're doing audio design atm for 'Lovers' so I took a bit of time and cut a Directors Cut of a CM I shot a little while ago for the 'Black . White' brand. . .this is the only chance I'll get before I fly over to Shanghai to do the musical score. . .

yeah! so i took a 3 days off to relax a little bit in hong kong after the film wraped. . .which turned out to be anything other than a rest, since it was so hectic running around from place to place tryin to cram in a bunch of stuff in 3 days, and filling my girlfriend's shopping 'to do list'. . .i am also now officially on the nintendo ds bandwagon. . .elite beat agents and hotel dusk is THE shit!

have a few days to relax a bit. . .catching up on some dvds and playing some video games. . .namely the Scarface game which is oddly fantastic. but it'll all be work again, soon. i also realize i've been slightly behind on the TSE website, as there's lots of stuff waiting to be updated, but primarily it's because everybody's workin' hard on the official site for my new film "Lovers", which should debut in a few weeks.

also glad a couple of my fav tv shows have started new seasons: the office, lost, veronica mars. . .

this isn't right, i've been averaging about 3 hours sleep per day for the last month. . .i suppose this is a mental note to get more sleep. . .

anyways, went back and forth to hk in the last few weeks to work on a video. . .once that's over i'm heading to shanghai in november to prep on the feature, the official site is going live soon, too, and we're going to be doing some really cool stuff in terms of production diaries and that kind of cliche stuff. . .

the other day i made a sticky with the following things to do:

complete presentation layout
complete music video treatment
continue storyboarding
call my shanghai productions manager
scribble my "lovers" shooting script some more
have a conference on effects work for b/w

then. . .i had a meeting and by the end of it (i.e the day), i realized the fact that i hadn't done any of that, and then spent the following 14 hours doing every single point ^^

i don't know what that means. . .but probably a reminder that i need to buy a second planner

also, futuresex/lovesounds is the stuff dreams are made of. . .heavenly (^_*)

got back from shanghai last week, had to iron out a few production giggles/hassles with some stuff going on over there, notably a music video for angela qiu. on the way back, got searched at the airport for. ..drugs. . .?! anywho, not a hassle. next up on the plate; a 6 episode run of the lifestyle trends show "changing tomorrow", and a few music videos too, before i head back to shanghai early november. right now, i'm taking advantage of some precious off time. . .yay! the company site should get updated, soon, too. . .

been a while since the last one. . .so in between then and now. . .

shot a spot for mercedes fashion week 06, that went over well, and just (almost) wrapped on the lifestyle trends show. . .also wrapped production on black / white, with a bunch of (super)models (plug), all of that stuff is up at the company site.

also need to start working on 2 music video treatments but have some new k-dramas with me. . .grrr

going overseas in a few weeks, again. . .
