Well today marks my appointment.  And since everyone who offered to come with me decided to flake out on me.  I'm going alone.  I hope I do alright... wish me luck...

I finally made it!  I now have a full time job with paid vacation/sick time Benefits and paid holidays.   I work 40 hours a week and i got a raise :).  I work in the same job that i had before but now i got moved to a permanent position in Burnsville.  I love my new clients and i'm getting used to the new pace of things!  We should all go out and celebrate

    I have a new job!  Well same company different department.  I'm working for Lifeworks in center now.  I love the job.  It's the first job where i really feel like i can be happy at my job,  Everyone there is so happy and fun it's just a nice place to be.  I also got a car loan and i will be recieving my car this weekend.  I'm so excited.  I got the insurance already and hopefully will be on the road in my own vehicle soon.  WATCH OUT!   I just wanted to post this because hey everyone needs to know my business!  I'll write more later.  gotta go now before the stolen wireless gives out on me :o

Yesterday i spent about 4.5- 6 hours in the ER My foot has been bothering me for the past week feeling like i sprained my ankle only slightly and then it got worse and worse.  Culminating in the pain getting so intense and constant that i finally realized why people would rather die than feel pain.  After the drive to the ER (which i found out the roads in applevalley are TOO BUMPY)  i have an hour long wait in the lobby.  After i'm called in i have about another 30 minute wait in the ER room of which point Jen and I watched us some Simpsons and amused ourselves while i went into spurts of crying like a baby because of shooting random pains in my foot area.  A nurse comes in and asks me questions i've already been asked and just yells out it might be gout.... then leaves.   Then another nurse comes in and checks on me.....   Then FINALLY a doctor.  Doing all the normal things a doctor does.  "where does it hurt?" after i point out the main areas where it hurts i say "anywhere basicly it's attatched to my leg"   he then procedes to start pushing all the areas i just told him it hurt.......  FUCKERS.....
He leaves and a nurse comes in sporting a needle and a pill.  (for any of you who know me  you know i'm DEATHLY afraid of needles.)   she says i got pain medication for you!   i then cut her off and say "you're not gonna use a needle are you?"   she tells me that it's Iburprofin with steroids in it to help reduce swelling. As well as giving me my Vicodin which i take.  I refuse on grounds of needing to discuss such traumatic things she walks in with a 800 mg tablet of motrin and says this will work.   After all of this another nurse walks in and gives me X-Rays 6 of them are needed for a human foot aparently.  (Vicodin kicked in about 10 seconds into Xray nurse showing up)  after that i don't remember much besides watching tv and thinking the characters look much like cartoons.  After all the run  around.  They say nothing is broken and the best guess they can venture is Tendonitus.   So they send me home with a prescription of 600 mg tablets of Iburprofin and 10 Vicodin.  So far the ibuprofin has worked quite well with ice packs i'm hoping not to spend the next week in a vicodin induced dream state where all real life becomes cartoon shaded.  Oh well that's my story foot hurts no work on wednesday and i have to miss bowling on thursday.  I need sympothy :(

My Christmas was lame... I like hanging out with my family yeah they're fun but It was ruined by the simple idea of "swapping" gifts.  Everyone bought a 15 dollar gift for their sex "man or woman"  and put it in the pool and bam you pick a present.  Well since nobody bought a present for you you get some generalized POS present that has no meaning behind it.  And then i go to my dad's and i get 40 bucks.... I mean ya i like money but my father has known me my whole life and decides to stuff cash in an envelope for my christmas present?  If i wanted money for christmas i would have gone to work.  And to top it all off with my ONE present and my 40 dollars i go home and end up getting sick.  Spending 20 bucks of my 40 from my dad on comfort food for my ailing stomach and aching bowel movements.   Yay Christmas. 

And now for New Years i'm spending  it sitting in my room alone probably crying my eyes out because my girlfriend has other plans.  Screw these holidays.    Nobody put a single thought into my gift, and i get to spend another damn new year sitting in my room.

My puter blew up :(  so i've not been on the intarweb for a whole 6.5 days .  And now i'm back thanks to tweek and his magical windows disc.  And in two weeks time i should be rebuilding my computer with tweek!  goodby 350 mhz processor 4 gig HD and 356 RAM.  Hello 1.8 GhZ processor 40 Gig HD and 512 mb ram :).  it may not sound like much to you (with your 250 gig HD 2 gigs of RAM and your 4.5 GhZ processor... but man it will feel to me like giving me wings to fly though the intarweb and actually enjoy a game on my PC.  Three cheers for Tweek! huzzah!

When i was but a lad and all my worries included school i played a game... A game i loved indeed.  Final Fantasy 7.  After my copy of the game was stolen (along with all my other PSX games)   I felt sad but got over it and forgot about it.... Until i got my playstation back and Final Fantasy Tactics...  My undying love for the Final Fantasy series was fueled... After downloading FF 2 and 3 (4 and 6 in japan)  onto my emulator and beating them quite profoundly i was left wanting.  So signing on to ebay i find a copy and get excited.... until the price tag reads 180 dollars.   I told myself one day i would have the game back.  So there i go to half priced books and find to my uttmost joy a copy of FF7 for sale, for only 44.95 :O So with my new job and paycheck i bought this copy and locked myself playing the game for the past 3 days.   And i find myself brought back to my younger days when i was not troubled with worry when my relatives were not sick and gone.  When i smoked copious amounts of marijuana and drank excessive amounts of vodka,  when my life was a party.  I find myself in a past i profoundly miss.  (not so much the partying but just the simpler times in life)  Alas  the game will end and i will feel myself saddened again wanting to play Final Fantasy 8 and 9 i will hopefully find copies of them at the glorious half priced books.  Oh well just thought i'd write a blog about my find and also to tell everyone HALF PRICED BOOKS ALWAYS HAS WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR WHEN I REALLLY WANT IT!!!  weeeee
