On thursday I left for London to start my promotion tour in U.K. The first city I had a show in was Leicester. I’ve lived in London before but I’d never heard of Leicester nor been there so I didn’t know what to expect. So me and Qhris land in Heathrow and our tour manager Alan picks us up and it was about a 2 hour drive to Leicester but the rided wasn’t bad. Had a big comfy car, KFC on the highway, listening to Radio 1 and the hottest tracks out in the U.K at the moment so I couldn’t complain, ya dig!
Get to Leicester check in at the hotel which was alrite by the way, me and Chris took a walk in the town centre and the first thing that came to mind was we had to hit a HMV so I can see my single in the stores. We walked about 3 min and saw one and went to check it out and there it was Lazee ft. Neverstore Hold On in HMV :-). I was proud and happy when I saw that. Got some grub walked back to the hotel chilled then hit the club we was performing at.
We get to the club there were alot of people in line outside and the service we got from the promoter was top notch, hit the stage, ripped it I mean really ripped it then carried on rockin the night away, it was crazy.
Next day we woke up, head bangin from the night before, packed up went for breakfast and every front cover had MJ on it, totally fucked me up….. the breakfast was great but the current thought of MJ being dead kinda killed it… then it got worse on our way to the next city, Watford, Radio 1 do a 1h MJ special and thats when it really got me…. singing along, dancin, telling everyone thats close to me that I love em because that just shows that life is short…
We get to Watford early so me and Qhris decided to take the train to London and see my cousin Mac, Naf Skrilla, Villian, Wezzie and my boy Maggie that just got released the day before… We chilled in Harlesden (NW10) for a couple hours then head back to Watford to get busy.. When we got off the train, Skrilla picks us up in his new bodied wip and hooks us up with 2 SK WristCells. I went crazy, I seen them on the net and he had on back in the day and now ya boy got one. Its a watch, no its a phone, no its you haha.
Back in watford the hotel was alrite but we needed something to eat so we waited for Bello and when he came we went for a walk in Watford and as we walking I see a fake version of KFC, called XFC wooooow hahahaha. had to stop and take a pic. We killed the show in the evening and headed to the third city, Margate the next day.
The hotel we had was the Heathrow Airport hotel so I can swear it was like a 5 star or something woooow.. we went to the gym, spa, aroma theraphy steam shower, sauna and krispy cream doughnuts, wooow.
All and all I gotta say it was a nice 3 days and we going back on thursday, the fast life, YA DIG!! hahaha….I gotta go hard, hard me I gotta go Hard Hard!!
