I have to vent.
Once again, I just got another link from yet another website that stole my images and are posting them on a disgusting website without my consent! I am so fed up with disrespectful companies and websites using and abusing my image. (It's tiring, time-consuming, and near impossible to be the internet police!) I am warning anyone and everyone, yeah, I'm talking to you-expecially you MMA websites that find it hilarious to make a story out of it-if you use my image in a way that's harmful and without me and the photographer's consent, YOU WILL HEAR FROM OUR ATTORNEYS! Not only is it disrespectful but it will come back to bite you in the a**! This is a serious matter and a copyright issue and it's just wrong in so many ways.
On the other hand, if you have a website and want to post a story and ask permission to use them, I will most likely be happy to. It's comes down to a matter of respect-for the photographer and the model. How would you feel if you were in my shoes? I am a pretty easy going person, so give me the respect I deserve.

Hey everybody!
Happy new year to you all! I hope 2009 is a prosperous year full of good health, happiness, and peace. Lately I have been focusing on training for 3 upcoming fitness competitions in March and April. Its really hard work (tough diet and exercise twice a day) but I love feeling very fit and strong! With all hard work there is an amazing reward...I am already noticing my body responding. I am more toned, lean, stronger, and have more energy then I know what to do with! (That's the best part) I have an amazing trainer that I could give any referrals to. (www.BodyByO.com) My first competition will be the Arnold Classic March 5-7 in Columbus, Ohio. I will be in the bikini amateur division. It's my very first fitness show so if you are around the area I would love the support! That weekend is also UFC 96 and it's also my birthday weekend! So there is a lot going down in C-bus town! woo hoo! I'm stoked! Yes, I'm going to the UFC fights, yes I'm gonna kick ass in my competition, yes it's gonna be a killer weekend! Hi Everyone!!!

What's happenin?! Some of you have asked me to post a blog about my experience on the 3rd episode of The Mole. For those of you who didn't watch, on the 3rd episode a bribe of $30,000 was offered to any player. First they offered 20 grand and I thought about it...then the host put down 30 and without thinking I jumped outta my seat and took it. My reasoning?
I have many...

30 g's is a nice payday, it's guaranteed, I wasn't "feeling" the drama and fighting amongst the players (you could tell by my facial expressions), I was a little homesick, I could go on and on but, why even question $30 grand, right?!

All though what I did was shocking to some, I trusted my instinct and like a rebel took the money and ran!

I can't get into detail about what happened some of the time, but I must say I am so glad I was a part of this experience. And, I'm 30 G's richer baby!

I must say that being a part of the Mole was awesome, a great experience. Its not everyday you jump off a waterfall in South America, or go running around the town half naked begging strangers for clothes off their backs, or how about scavenger hunting for pigs! Ha ha, the memories will be there forever!

You are truly a proverbs 31:10 women , I am sure that you are
building upon the rock and thogh many have tried to swy you to believe other things you stood firm... you are precious and I am glad you accepted me as a friend . I ask that you lift up some of the visons God has given me and that we are both flowing in our gifts , for His gifts and calling are irrevocable...

The pedals are falling and I can't help but to sense the need for love to reproduce itself. The seeds within us all are the miracles that are waiting to be seen and heard, so why do we suppress the creation longing to manifest.

Where do women find their purpose in life when so many obstacles keep the beauty in darkness . I make sure to remind myself daily of where I come from and that without the glorious blessing of mother's throughout all the earth we would not be here. Not that I have it all figured out but I do understand that we are only complete as human beings when we are in agreement with the will of Him who created us.


Many women long to be heard, they ask for respect and feel as if they always come up empty handed. Tell me of a woman who has not wondered when her prince was going to come out of the clouds and sweep her off her feet. Why do we talk about Calgon taking us away when it's the man's responsibility to step it up and make a real effort.

Have we got so far away from the tropical paradise that Adam and Eve once frolicked in without care or concern of the opinions or pressures of life. Sharing the deepest moments in time , we can believe in a form of love that transcends all understanding and beliefs.

The woman who came across the lover and found he has so many others in line for the attention and glamour. The master of disguise and the promoter of confusion is the lost soul who seeks refuge and finds none. I ask that you reach out to your friends and family members as you read this and feel the pain and the hardships they have endured.

More than a mystery is a novel excited to be read, a story of love and destiny coming into a place where the beats are so loud and the lights are bright . My love for the woman at hand is the sense of comfort as we cast our cares upon the shores and watch the waves cleanse us away from all our fears. If you take the time to listen to her calling you and wonder if its real , my friend I admire your patience but I have to say you are a fool. Why does the woman need to plead with you for her heart to be loved and to be understood.

Cant you take on the role of a man with purpose and direction and lead her to the river of life. How do you expect the dance to begin if you don't ask for her hand,cant you see the gleam in her eyes and the hope in you .

I felt the LORD telling me to pray for you. So, I hope you don't mind, but I would like to pray for you and plant some seeds of hope and blessing and goodness into your life.

I pray right now that the LORD would clothe you with the armour of God each and everyday. The helmet of Salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God, your loins girt with truth, your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, and above all this the shield of FAITH by which you can withstand all the fiery darts the enemy throws at you.

I ask you LORD to just pour your spirit out upon this woman right now. Give her peace that surpasses all understanding. Give her the Agape' LOVE of God that is beyond all knowledge. Bless her more than she can handle. Go exceedingly and abundantly above all she could ever ask, think, or imagine.

Order her steps in righteousness, truth, wisdom, knowledge, FAITH, and most importantly LOVE! Let her not stray from YOU LORD. Hide your WORD deep in her heart that she will not sin against YOU GOD!! Be a light unto her feet, and be hedge all around her. Encamp your angels around her each day. Let your HOLY SPIRIT go through her soul, mind, feelings, emotions, spirit, heart, and her entire being like a rushing mighty wind!

No weapon formed against her shall prosper from this day forward. She is more than a conquerer through YOU JESUS. She shall overcome all obstacles in her path. I thank you for raising her up to be the woman of God that you've called her to be.

Let her look at the things above rather than the things here on this earth. Help her to focus on the eternal and not the temporal. Whatever trials or tribulations she has gone through, I thank YOU LORD for turning all things that the devil meant for evil into something good for her life. For all things work together for the good of those who LOVE GOD and are called according to HIS PURPOSE.

Give her victory over the flesh as well. Let her not give provision to sin against you LORD. Keep her spotless and shameless before you. Convict her heart in any area that is not like you. Mold her and shape her into YOUR image JESUS.

I rebuke and bind all the plots, plans, schemes, mechanisms, devices, traps, and snares that the enemy has brought against her! I cast it all back to hell. I boomerang it all right back into the face of Satan himself!

I thank you now in advance LORD for hearing my prayer on behalf of my sister. I thank you for the work that you've began inside of her and will be Faithful to finish it until she is complete in YOU FATHER! Give her favour with man and with God. All day long let people go out of their way to bless and help her.

I thank you that she will begin to receive prominence, recognition, and honor. Don't let any good thing be with held from her from this day forward. Open the Doors that were once locked. Increase her on everyside. Financial increase, spiritual increase, and even an increase in wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of who YOU are FATHER!

Give her a greater desire to praise YOU, to love YOU, to worship and sing songs to YOU FATHER! Give her a greater desire to read your WORD daily and a greater desire to pray to you.

Don't let her lose the heart that you've given her to help those in need. Use her to help those that are impoverished and homeless. Let her continue in the labour of LOVE. And don't let her heart be weary or faint. Give her strength and power to go forth in YOUR NAME JESUS. And do the work of the FATHER in heaven. All in all just let YOUR WILL be done in her life. And when she stands before YOU she'll hear you say "Well done thou good and Faithful steward."

And now LORD I thank you by FAITH that you have answered all of my prayers. For if we know that you hear us then we have the petitions we have desired of you to answer us. And if we should ask anything according to YOUR will then it shall be done. I expect a good report now from her life. Continue to use her in YOUR vineyard LORD. Let her have a new divine revelation of YOUR SPIRIT. And a vision and a goal to aim towards.

I ask that you would let a fresh and new annointing fall on her everyday. Break every yoke of bondage. Break every chain and fetter. Let her walk in freedom and liberty. For where the spirit of the LORD is, there is freedom. Not free to sin, but free from sin. Let her walk uprightly and perfect before you JESUS. Let the rest of 2008 be a NEW BEGINNING for her life!

LORD I am thankful to know that you are working in other people's lives just like you have been in mine. I thank YOU FATHER in advance for all these things. IN JESUS MIGHTY WONDERFUL BEAUTIFUL HOLY NAME AMEN!
