Filming is over, diets ditched and booze drunk. Not to mention us finally being back on the right sides of the Atlantic.

HEY EVERYONE.

SO!

We've been flat out and working HARD!

Filming, photoshoots, make-overs, make-up, make-back again.  It's a bit like being a show pony, only there's no rosettes or sugar lumps involved. Just hot lights and scratchy costumes.

Told off for drinking too much on camera and for our potty mouths.  We try our best, but it just creeps in...

Couple more days of filming and our bit's done.

We've been trying to fit in the partying, AND yoga, with limited success. We think Saturday night we can let ourselves go.

If you're in London, come up and say hi we'll be filming in the streets and bars of Soho in the evening. We'll be VERY glad to meet you.

Although Monday we have to be tip-top as we'll be live studio guests on Yannick Lawry's Evening Glory on Gaydar Radio (www.gaydarradio.com) Check it out from 18.00 THIS MONDAY.

There will be an all new- London Update CALLING LONG DISTANCE, up and online tomorrow PM.
