We recently played at the Rushall ' Midsummer Music ' Festival (in a circus big top that was rumoured to have graced Glastonbury no less).
It was a great evening, the crowd were extremely appreciative, and we had the pleasure of meeting Author and Independent Columnist ,Terence Blacker, who was also on the bill.
A couple of weeks later, Terence wrote an article for his column entitled "Music is more than a business, it's the beat of life.", and in doing so, gave us our first mention in a national newspaper.
It's an article that's relevant to all of us, performers and music lovers alike, looking at Feargal Sharkey's report, as Chairman of the Live Music Forum, on the effects of the 2003 Licensing Act .
