And there's some additional helpful information in the credits, like "eat fruits and vegetables and go for a walk". If we can't move to France or Canada, we should stay and fight for universal healthcare. What candidate is truly gonna take us there? The other day, we were drivingi along, and a giant moth flew into the car, it had been camped out on the rearview mirror and I forgot it was there, still sitting there when the window was unrolled and the sucker flew in and caused some madness. hit up russian rock legend LYUBE on sunday evening at the scottish rite theatre/free mason's center. there's no security and it's perfectly acceptable to climb up on stage and approach the lead singer-Nikolai Rastorguyev in between songs, hand him flowers and ask for an autograph. there was a lot of reshuffling of seats, russians angling for a better view. now my boyfriend knows why I act that way at the hollywood bowl. it just makes sense. during the LYUBE intermission, the concessions were hotdogs and cigarettes. it was a sweet night.

Yelling at the TV during 24 last night left my throat red, hot, and angry. Quaker Oatmeal for breakfast today. My throat hurts.
