In the spring of 2008 singer and songwriter Leigh Evans sits in his mum's house on Brookhouse Road in Oswestry, England. finals of the German rock festival Emergenza and could broaden their fan base with every gig they played. After a while the band members went separate ways though.....
On said morning in 2008 Leigh Evans decides to start all over and all new again. Off the old formation only bass player Ben Howell stays in the group and he adds drummer Alexis Trepp as well as guitar player Jules Ward. And now everything is exactly the way it ought to be, the chemistry is right and the band just sounds like he had always imagined.....
The choice for the new name was a given, the band's name was Brookhouse Road from then on. And since the song he had worked on was representing the new start the best, it was easy to find the title for the new album as well: "Draw The Line".....
Musically every member of the band is influenced by a variety of styles: from Indie to Rock, from Electronic to Jazz, from Folk to Pop. They all have their own history and yet sound like a unit together. On August 8th, 2008 the first longplayer will be available. And everybody can already be excited to experience a musical and very moving afternoon on Brookhouse Road.....
