Adolph died this morning. When I came home from work last night he just didn't look right but I thought I was just being neurotic ("Matt don't you think he's not as orange as he usually is, I mean he looks more pumpkin than his normal sunkist orange and his spots aren't as black as they normally are. Do you think his fins are a little droopy?") So I fed him, said goodnight and when I got up this morning before I even got to his tank, I knew. I didn't even turn on the tank light before I saw his little body floating at the top.

Adolph was a male oranda goldfish that was just starting to grow his wen on top of his head. He was beautiful with tons of personality. He was amazing and on special occasions he would let me pet him. I miss him.  

I cried to Matt and now here I am writing my first blog just so everyone can take a minute and give their pet a little extra love because they deserve it.
