The Indicators (us) have just recieved word that we were accepted into the Milwaukee Sketch Comedy and Imporv Festival running August 7 - 9, 2008! This is a very exciting opportunity and we want to thank all of you for your support, we couldn't have done it without you! Well...we could have but it would not have been nearly as fun.

Let's make fun of some more stuff!

For those of you who were at the Comedy Caravan show last week this is old but, nevertheless exciting news! In an effort to keep moving forward with fresh ideas and newfangled ways of running our shows, we have modified our format. As most of you know, the Comedy Caravan shows have always been dedicated strictly to improv games. We have changed things a bit. There will continue to be our irreverent humor in improv games, new and old. There will also now be more sketches, both live and on film (courtesy of the stage backdrop screen). We will also be introducing more stand-up. Matt has made a hit with his wholly/holy-original take on the stand-up comedian. We, as always, are thankful to our fans, new and old, for their dedication. We sincerely hope you all enjoy our new format and tell your friends. The Indicators are very excited about this new chapter in our troupe and will continue to push forward, and invariably validate our stance that we are the premier comedy troupe in town!

Ben's Fear

Ever sat in front of the TV mindlessly for hours on end just flipping through one crappy show after another? We know you have. Ever think to yourself, I know what could make this show better? Well now's your chance to do just that with The Indicators brand-new, fast-paced improv format "Channel Surfing".

You're in control of the remote and the storylines, as the Indicators improvise their way through your favorite TV shows. Join the group as they explore the highs and lows of the boob tube. There's something for everyone with shows ranging from Jeopardy to Taxicab Confessions, Antique Roadshow to Road Rules. And the best part is: no V-Chip, so nothing's off-limits!

"We tested this format out on an audience in Bloomington and they loved it", said group member Matt Gifford. "We cannot wait to share this new evening of entertainment with the fans that have given so much to us." The group's Artistic Director, James Cronin, had this to say: "We invented this format. You cannot see this show anywhere else in the world because we just created it! We think this show is going to create quite a stir in the comedy world and we are thrilled to perform it for a local audience before we tour it to festivals across the country."

To be part of the action, come out to Bearno's by the Bridge this Sunday October 21st at 8pm and every third Sunday thereafter. The cover is only $3. We guarantee you've never seen TV like this before, because this is Fake TV!
