Me too!

I've been in a transitional period for most of the last year. For a guy who used to be quite active on Myspace & my other blogs, I sure have been slacking! In all reality, I moved across country, graduated from college, changed jobs a few times, and settled in with a new girlfriend. Being on the internet has sort of taken a back seat to rediscovering life in the physical realm. Yet, I feel that I am missing a part of myself that I rather enjoy. I think it is high time for one of my radical overhauls that I seem to do periodically when things have grown stale.

There are about twenty or so unfinished tracks residing on my hard drives. A few are actually not bad either. My audio equipment/software has expanded, as well as my knowledge using them. Thus, I have been able to craft more polished musical ideas than the four that have been lurking incessantly on my profile for ages. I will likely be posting some new material. I used to upload songs immediately, whether they were done or not. Myspace allows for 6 songs now, so there is little reason not to fill em up.

Video is another area that I have been developing. Basically, I'm getting to the point where I am feeling the need to focus on my true life desires and ambitions, which center primarily on the audiovisual realm. We all reach a point where we must choose the ultimate course of our lives and devote our energy to core goals and ideals. It's easy to let your dreams drift away slowly, but it sure hurts like hell when you look back and realize that you've let a lot of things that you love doing slip by the wayside.

I feel like it is time for change.

Well, just so you know, Psy TV was born out of this dissatisfaction. TV could be so cool, but it is used primarily as a vehicle of control, commercialism, capitalism, and corruption. It's time that the revolution be televised!
