Since we finished the recording and mastering of our great debutalbum, we´ve been contacting various recordlabels for a cooperation and since none yet has showed any greater interest, the search goes on. Meanwhile, I´ve added another song titled `The Crystal Chambers´ from the album for you to enjoy, ´cause I know how hard it is for you too, the wait, the patience...

We are currently in the finishing phase of the mixing of this great work that is our
debut album. I´ve put up two new songs for U guys here.
Next up is the finishing step, the noble art of mastering, so, the sounds on this page are still to be improved.
Also the official Masugn website is under developement, and soon we will start contacting recordlabels.

We are currelntly in the very beginning of the mixing phase
and now there´s a rough mix on one of the new songs appearing on the debutalbum...There is still som adjustments and editing to be done. And we will remove the song soon...just wanted to let you know what´s going on and it´s also
a way for us to let some friends hear wtf we´ve been up to the last couple of months.

Finally!
This weekend we recorded the vocals and...fucking hell yeah!
It sounds even more brutal, beautiful and dynamic than....anything else basically.
So, all the ingredients is there. We´ll start to mix in a very near future. Perhaps..perhaps...when that work and the mastering is done,  we´ll put one up here for you to enjoy.

This weekend we took another giant leep for mankind when we once again
entered the studio to record the bassguitar, clean guitars, solos and some
other devilicious stuff.... Need I mention that the result is outstanding? Groovy, heavy, beautiful and brutal! Now one more recordingsession remains...throats will bleed when we´re finished with that one...we are sooo looking forward for that....and you should to. This will be a hell of an album...and I´m not just saying that.
Now it´s time to snap kids....time to snap!

Hell yeah!
The last two days we have been re-visiting the studio of our choice, as mentioned in an earlier post, to record the rhytm guitars for the album. The sound is a heavy, well defined, chewie, aggressive tone. Less distorted and more natural. I love it!
The next point on the agenda is bassguitar, clean guitars and solos, sometime in June we hope to get that stuff into the can.
Things start to take shape and this is gonna be a sick, brutal, melancholic and furious album...try to fit that into your mood!

Here´s some news for y´all!

The last three days we have been at our producer, Marko Tervonens place, Studio MT (www.studio-mt.com) in Trollhättan, Sweden to record the drums for our upcoming debutalbum. It turned out.....not good....not well....nothing less than SUPERB!
Suberb drumplaying, killer drumsound!
In a couple of weeks we´ll start to track the bass and rhytmguitars.
We would like to thank Janne Saarenpää for answering the batphone and contributing to this production with his snaredrum in a short notice! Thanks!
