Remaining Malus Clothing Tour Dates Cancelled

Hey guys if you were planning on attending the last 9 or so shows on the Malus Clothing tour please read this statement from Destruction Of A Rose in regards to the cancellation.

“Hey guys we are super sad to inform you that the tour package for the Malus Clothing tour has decided to cancel the remaining shows.

Hear us out…Suffokate was supposed to be on the whole tour, but got offered a rad way way big tour that they jumped on half way through this tour. With that being said, some shows were very affected turn out wise, as everyone loves that band.

Then with out getting into to much detail, Sea Of Treachery had some singer issues and decided to back out of their headline run with 12 days left. So with Suffokate being gone, and Sea Of Treachery as the headliner backing out a few promoters decided to cancel some shows which really fucked us up on drives. We had 3 shows back to back cancel and it just makes no sense to do the drives with no shows (money) in between. We just can not get from point A to point B with these shows cancelled.

We are so sorry but Blind Witness, And Hell Followed With and Destruction Of A Rose have decided its the best option for all of us to avoid any serious debt.

We will make it up to you guys soon.”

New Line for 2010 - News Update

We are pleased to announce the start of our new line for 2010. We here at Malus have followed some what of an un-traditional style when it comes to releasing a new line. Most brands release per season, but in our case it seems to be every 2 season's & we are not really sure why, but thats just how we naturally roll I guess.

We have made a pretty good international presence this past year and hope to continue to expand our business overseas, and of course...here in the states. We want to thank those from Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, India, Thailand, Canada, South Africa and many others for supporting us this year.

The Be Shred Or Be Dead Tour

Los Angeles based Malus Clothing has announced their second annual national tour! The Be Shred or Be Dead Tour will feature co-headlining efforts by Sea of Treachery and Suffokate with direct support from Blindwitness. We Are The End, And Hell Followed With, and Destruction of a Rose will also be featured on select dates on the tour. "We worked closely with The Love As Arson Agency to determine who was available and what bands we felt showed the most promise in the near future." Malus owner Jason Mageau commented. "We wanted to keep it pretty metal but felt this lineup could attract a diverse crowd. We decided on some pretty heavy bands, and some that have a few sing alongs. It should be a fun show." Daniel DeFonce from The Love As Arson Agency commented. "I am very happy that Jason Mageau came to me to put this tour together. We went through a lot of bands to find the right ones for this tour. Jason & his company Malus Clothing is putting a lot of promotion behind this tour and It's an honor to actually be apart of this with him".

Malus Clothing will have some limited edition shirts available with Destruction of a Rose when the band jumps on the tour 11/8. "We hope for kids to just have a good time, pick up a shirt or two from the road or back on our website at www.buymalus.com as well as buy all the band merch they can afford. We want everyone to know that Malus is not only supportive of the music scene but will continue to do what we can to raise awareness for all of the bands we support." Mageau remarked.

The first ever Malus Clothing tour featured Before Their Eyes, Eyes Set To Kill, Love Hate Hero, I See Stars, Ice Nine Kills, and Oceana. The company has also sponsored tours for Escape The Fate, As I Lay Dying and others. The tour dates are posted below.
