Good evening Mr. & Mrs. America and all the ships at sea. Begin transmission from Populuxe Central Headquarters:
Populuxe will be taking the stage at The Gig on Tuesday, May 10th at 8PM sharp. We will be celebrating new alliances (details forthcoming) and new music. We will not get scared, cancel the gig, run off to New Mexico and then blame it all on a fictional Hispanic man and a heavyset white woman. We will, however, still take the presents.

Another very solid night with the Populuxes. Full electricity, perma-glow and gift-wrapped just for you. And it'll be where the bar is. And that's where you come in. At 8pm, we'll have the incredible Julianna Raye starting the evening. We do our thing at 9pm, and then Bonus! The Tremendous Talents of Shark. If you don't know of these people, you should. And now you will.

Besides, it's Josh's birthday. You don't want him to go to work on Friday well-rested, do you?
