Okay this is a first for us, but it's gonna be fun. As some of you might know there's a Type Records showcase at the Big Chill this year - Xela is playing, as is the wonderful Helios and the shadowy Seasons (pre-din). Lots of fun then - but the lovely folks at the Big Chill have offered us a pair of tickets to give away to you lucky lot. That's not all, you've got to slog it out to WIN the tickets.

I've decided to do a B3ta style competition - basically you have to take a Type album sleeve and edit it in any way you see fit. It can be clever, dumb, funny, pretty, offensive or just plan suave. It's up to you, and our team of judges will pick the best on 16th July - that gives you a week!

Join us in the forum on the new Type website and post the images to this thread so we can all see, and if you need source images then there are plenty on the site!

Here's some info about the festival >

Headlined by David Byrne, Basement Jaxx, and a specially-reformed Orbital, the fifteenth birthday Big Chill festival
takes place at Eastnor Castle Deer Park, from 6th-9th August 2009.
 
Among the audio delights are Lindstrøm, Spiritualized, Lamb, Amadou & Mariam,  Friendly Fires, Toddla T, Marina and the Diamonds, Andrew Bird, Emiliana Torini and Horse Meat Disco.
 
Noel Fielding returns to Eastnor, along with fellow award winning stand-ups Dylan Moran and Russell Howard. Meanwhile, celebrated celebrity photographer Rankin brings his interactive Rankin Live! project to the festival.
 
Cult video director Chris Cunningham will bedazzle with his dynamic multimedia show, and Film4 and Warp Films shoot the world's largest audience participation zombie picture, I Spit On Your Rave.
