Just a reminder that The Doses have two shows coming up in December. Firstly we are headlining Friday 11th December in The Ark, Waterloo Place, Edinburgh. Also playing are Voodoo Conspiracy, Augustilia and Die Schneiders.

Then on the 20th December we are heading through to Glasgow to play a slot in an all day event at Capitol on Sauchiehall Street.

Then jammies on, milk and mince pies by the fire!

We have a several new shows now confirmed for the next few months.

Firstly, Wed 11th Nov, we have just confirmed a support slot @ Electric Circus on Market St supporting Screaming Lights,  touring their new album, they sound v. cool. It's an over 14s show, (our first ever i believe) so if your underage and have been cruely denied the pleasure of Little Doses live, this is your big chance!

We're next playing in December at The Ark, Waterloo place, 11th Dec. Its a Friday night so steer your office party in our direction.

Dec 20th see us in Glasgow playing an all-dayer mini Xmas festival, more details on this one closer to the time.

Then January 15th and 16th we're playing Edinburgh and Glasgow in support of Come on Gang!

Finally Mark & Kirsten will be spinning the wheels of steel this Saturday at Extra Width (Mr Modos, Lothian Road) from 10, free entry.

Nope 3 days until Little Doses play Sneaky Pete's on Edinburgh's Cowgate. Sound should be good and we going to rock the shit out the place. Little Doses are playing on the 21st Oct at Sneaky Pete's on the Cowgate. Headlining are Exeter band Ono Pallindrome who are currently on tour. Also playing are The Ritalin Kids and The awesomely named and sounding Blessed Order of Fallen Stars. It'll be a great night and we can't wait to see you there. Doors @ 7pm

Just popped into the Co-op in Portobello for some milk and thought i'd get some cigarette papers while I was there, as you never know when they'll come in handy!

"Can you take off your sunglasses please?" asks the girl behind the counter?

Hmmm. I'm afraid I can't sell you these without some fomr of ID, you need to be over 25 to buy Rizla.

What! There's no tobacco in them and you only need to be 16 to buy fully formed ready to smoke, fits neatly into small fingers cigarettes!

WTF is going on! When did this happen? I didn't realise so much could have changed while I was away on holiday. I count myself lucky to have escaped and made it home without being arrested for wearing red on a Friday! Phew!

Oh, and for the record, I'm 33!

Thursday nights gig at Heriot Watt Student Union is free entry for all who want to attend. Its a great venue and is open to students and non-students alike.

Hi all,

A massive thanks to everyone who made it down to our August shows around Edinburgh, they turned out really great and we had a very cool time so thanks for your support.

We are playing twice in the Edinburgh area in September. We're pleased to be heading back to the Heriot Watt Student's Union at the Riccarton campus as its always a good gig, sounds great and cheap student booze. Its only a short bus journey away if you live in the west of the city. Headliners are the ska band Bighands who put on one hell of a show. 17th Sept.

We then have the Leith FM benefit back at the Docker's club in Leith. This was an amazing show last year so they've decided to recreate it asking both ourselves and Svengali back to play. The club has a cool Phoenix nights atmosphere and should be an important date for your social calender. All proceeds go towards the running of Leith FM 98.8 FM. 25th Sept.
