friday october second we'll be knocking about all the beastie boys tracks you've never heard at club seventy seven. with ripping dylans owning fleetwood mac and premium calculator and their mini korg army spooning nirvana's 'in utero'. should be a pretty fun night.

the dope folk at music feeds interviewed us a while back. later on we went back to their club house and stuff happened. the footage on display here is from earlier in the evening though. its a good thing apparently. cheers m.f.

Modo atual:sore
so after just over a week, the tears have finally dried, and we have come to accept the fact that the Soho guys are no longer within affordable flying distance. Good luck o/s you lick-able legends, and it was a god damn fucking pleasure touring with you.

one of the best moments of the tour, i believe. . came at the last show, on the last song, when Marty Burke from 70's punk band RAZAR joined VS for their cover of "Task Force"(RAZAR). . . mind bendingly awesome, i inflated and then evaporated, then i was spat out a black hole a few hundred meters down the street.

last week we were shortlisted for SOYA(QANTAS Spirit Of Youth Award), some of our favorite sydney bands were listed also, so hopefully one of us takes the cash. Previous winners of the award are My Disco, Young And Restless and Wolf and Cub.

we will be helping DZ party at OAF this weekend. i think some of the beastie boys will be there too.

cheers,
take care,
b.

the tour with the Soho boys starts this week in melbourne. gonna be fun, we've been kinda looking forward to playing the tote and the espy for a while also. come along, buy an LP so we can get home.

next month some very good friends of ours The Ripping Dylans are launching there fleetwood mac covers record, lovingly titled 'tumours'. aside from jumping outta my skin in excitement to see the their versions played live(as 'tumours' fucking rules), they asked us to play our own set of covers in support, so we'll be ruining some old beastie boys tracks with a few off 'ill communication' also. fun fun. even better is that Premium calculatoR are playing also, they have just covered 'in utero'(titled 'in_rectumo'), and its getting a thrashing up in here, up in here.

the folks at mess&noise have an interview up that we did with them also.
thanks mess&noise.

cheers

This week the national tour with the John continues heading in to Woolongong, Sydney and Newcastle. So far its been funner than a Tim Bailey beating. I got to have a bloody mary on a roof top in Melbourne, see two bleeding skulls on the side of the road in Adelaide(i don't think they fuck around much down there), and watch copious amounts of 'The Twilight Zone' in the van... shows were fun too.

Also Johnny Polaroids reviewed the LP....... HERE
Cheers Mr Nails.

Hopefully we'll have the dates for our own album launches up later this week.

Next week the tour heads to Brisbane, Coolangatta and Byron Bay.

wanna meet that dad.

PEDESTRIAN TV asked us if they could throw a video camera in our faces not too long ago. we were happy to do so, and you can see christo and i in front of said camera right here. in front of a nice recycling bin. green is the new black. anyone need a bandwagon?

there's also a thing on Mr David Lynch which is kinda cool.

cheers for having us pedestrian.tv

keep it clean.
