most incredible songwriters / vocalists on the planet - Kara DioGuardi.
Between writing her 40 number 1's and over 200 certified hits she found
the time to be a judge on American Idol. I got the chance to sing for

I'm very excited to tell you that I'll be on the radio in Germany next weekend for the first time ever. Wooohoooo!! Big FM runs a radio program out of LA and I have been chosen as the feature artist. This station is the no.1 commercial station out of Germany with a potential to reach millions of new listeners. Very cool. Maybe a trip to Europe is on the cards :) The awesome part is that you can tune in and hear the show from anywhere in the world! Thanks to all who come out to see the gig last night at the Mercy Lounge. It was awesome to front a band playing songs from the Disappearing Day record. A huge thank you goes out to Lightning 100 spotlight for playing songs from my album and promoting the gig. Hi Guys,
You'll all be pleased to hear that I'll be out on the road again in the later part of this year. Things are in motion to revisit a bunch of places that I performed last year opening for Tommy so stay tuned.
I've also been working on songs for my next recording project. Right now I have two different records on the drawing board and am working out what will be the best way to approach their recording and release. Needless to say, all my new music will be available in the usual places once the time comes.

Its been a few weeks now since SXSW and I've posted some pics from the shows and the crazy events of the festival. Since getting back to Nashville I've been writing heaps of songs and getting geared up to put together the next album. In a couple of weeks I get a chance to go to the Key West writers festival, which will be a mix of great music and relaxation.
Thank you and congratulations to everyone in the street team who participated in the SXSW promotional competition on my reverbnation site. You should have all received an exciting package in the post by now full of SXSW bits and peices that I found along the way.

16 hours drive is what I've been told, from Nashville to Austin. That includes junk-food and coffee stops. I wonder what crazy things I might see along the road this time. Maybe a real road-runner. That would be awesome, I don't even know what crazy creatures might lurk on Texas highways. I'm super pumped about playing my SXSW showcases and have been going nuts talking to people all over the world that are going to be there. The song "LITTLE PIECE OF LOVE" has been selected as a finalist in the INTERNATIONAL SONGWRITING COMP 2009. I wrote this song with friend and much sort after Sydney pop rock producer LINDSAY RIMES (soon to be in LA). Other Aussie bands that have made it to the finals are OPERATOR PLEASE, AUGIE MARCH and SNEAKY SOUND SYSTEM.
