A TURD ATOP A MOUNTAIN TOP!

I was buzzing big to get to do my second poster for the Melvins (and Big Business!!!!) in as many years. I saw them play in Manchester, it was whoresome. The poster I did here was for their gig in Galway, Ireland, half my shaft of posters was mailed to the venue for the band to shift on the night so I have like 40-some of my original 82 stash in the attic.

Printed by not one but TWO Dave Baileys, that's right...your ears doth not deceive. A senior and a junior, Dave Bailey my father and Dave Bailey myself. A cleaner and a janitor. So you get 200+ yrs of distilled Dave Bailey in 29.7 x 42cm surface area. A bargain to bump uglies with at £7 including postage and packaging to anywhere in the friggin universe.

There's 82 copies in existence, they're screenprinted (thanks Dad) and there's 3 colours on each. The colours are much brighter and bolder in real life than they may appear in the digital transaction but ain't that always the way, analogital bind. Signed and numbered. Nice heavy cartridge paper. There's a turd on top of the mountain, believe it or not this plane excretion mountain top idea has been in my bloodstream for three years without an outlet. Here it is, real life stinklines.

I was at home, my parents' home, doing the shake and vac when i went over to shutdown my Dad's laptop and realised that with each hand I was at once touching the oldest form of technology (vacuum cleaner) and also the newest form (laptop). Pretty spooky.

I'm in Bradford again now but for different reasons, more worky reasons. I think I went mad last night, but only for five minutes. New website update coming soon when I'm at home 'home' with the requisite skill factor to pay the bill charter. How come I only get mad urges to do it when I'm away from it? Again, pretty spooky.

New mount pleasant website, hit it up please. Mass galore and trinket ah trunkets. There's even a shop where you can buy duds and crud. Books, comics, posters, you name it.

I'm also taking the Flesh and Bone franchise over there as myspace is officially dead (except for bulletin purposes) and domains are do-name of the game. Look each week for new strips and updates, it's going to be a literal freak fest.
