Happy New Year, friends fans and former lovers!! Thank you for digging what Roktopuss does...it's great to have so many people emailing us and listening to our collaboration!! They're playing us on some internet stations and in the UK & Canada which makes us feel gooooood! It's gonna be a great year (cuz 2008 sucked hard) so enjoy the ride. I wake up this morning hop in my Mustang and Judas Priest's Electric Eye is on the radio...well, I lose my mind when I hear that tune so I crank it up and rev it up.  Before I know it a cop is on my ass and pulls me over.  I've never gotten a speeding ticket in my life!  Apparently, I'm doing 65 in a 35...oops.  I look at him and say, "Judas Priest, officer".  He sees my sticks and drum shit in the front seat...turns out he's a wannabe drummer and a big fan.  I give him a Roktopuss pic, a stick and was on my way!  I almost pushed my luck asking for his handcuffs....I love a man in uniform! 

Song of the day- I love it loud by Kiss...what a great heavy ass drum sound.

....hey friends....okay 48 hours and roxy and i will be back in nashville to finish drum tracks, back up vocals and mix!!! yay, can't wait....2007 is gonna be a break out year for us i can just feel it.....can you? (Jeff is driving in from Florida and can't wait to hang with him too) roxy and i are flying out at night so we land at 5:30 in the morning...it better not be snowing out there....i don't even think i have booked my room yet it's been so crazy around here with the holidaze ....as much as i love christmas (and believe me santa was very good this year) i just wanna rok!!!!! So to all our friends and fans around the world....Happy F in' New Year!!!!!! and for our sake..."get a driver"....cheers!! Your "Desperate Housewives of Rock"....ROKTOPUSS!!

Hey Roktopuss Peeps...!! and so we are hear recording with the one and only Michael Wagener....wow, very excited about this....you might not know but he's very cool and down to earth yet he is a monster in the producing and recording arena.....he's responsible for huge successes with bands like Skid Row, Dokken, even Ozzy! So just know that I am stoked to have him working with us and we just knocked out a vocal for a new song "Away".....tonight will be vocal night for another new song called "Desperate".....and he's just got that magic touch that is tellling me these songs will be special when we're done....add to the magic of all that and of course Jeff Young and his wizardry on guitars...the guy is truly amazing....not alot of time for anything else but we did manage a sushi dinner together the other night....also wanted to give kudos to Michael Pisculli for adding the heavy bassss on the tracks. ....more later...gotta run my cell phone's blowing up...Cheers!

Okay our first Blog....who came up with that word anyway? It's very fitting especially this early in the morning...! Excited to have some video footage up on our Roktopuss space....give everyone a taste of what we do live....somethings never change Roxy and I love to kick ass on stage....we had so much fun on Halloween playing in Hollywood and we couldn't really keep our eyes off of each other considering it was our first live show together....she rocks....!! and so do I ....!! Throw in Jeff Young (He's bringing sexy back) and his monster guitar riffs and style...and my brother Rick helping out on bass...yes girls that's him from FF....mister wonderful....we kicked big time!! Looking forward to more shows in the new year....and Sunday I leave town to record with Michael Wagner (Famous for Skid Row)....so things are getting more and more interesting....!
