"I wanted to thank you for teaching and playing music at my Dad's 60th Birthday. Not only did we enjoy the music, it was fun to see the whole family get up to learn the dances you were teaching. You made it simple and fun, and with my family it was a great combination. Your knowledge of the dances and knowing the levels to teach was wonderful. With you doing your part, it made the process of the birthday go smoothly. Everyone had a great time. Thanks again for being a part of our Dad's party and keep up the good work. Our family will definitely tell others and pass your card onto others too."

"Working with you and your group was great, from the initial contact, to making plans, to the actual event. Our group included people from ages 8 to 80…..and we all had a great time! You made it simple enough for beginners, but even the more experienced dancers were all smiles and totally engaged. Thanks a bunch!"

"The Dancing Cowboy was so much fun! We all had such a great time at our sisterhood event. He made it so easy to learn. I loved how affordable and flexible Adam was. I liked how everyone was able to join in. We can't wait till the next time he comes!"

"The Dancing Cowboy was great at our Country Party. Learning how to line dance added an excellent feature to our social. The ladies loved it and a lot of our guys had fun participating in it too. His style of teaching is very welcoming and allows people to join in at anytime of the session. Our fraternity is considering making this type of social a semester event and we would be glad to have Adam back for each one."

"Lessons with Adam were a ton of fun. It was nice to have one-on-one attention which you don't get with the group lessons; though I'm sure he'd be great in a group situation too. He teaches country line and couples dances, so you get your pick. He's friendly, helpful and his availability is pretty flexible."

When I needed basic country dancing lessons so I'd not be embarrassed to get 'off my duff' and on the dance floor with my wife and daughter, I called Adam. It's true that beer has been making white men dance for thousands of years, but not drinking denied me the magic elixir to make me forget I did not know how to dance! Adam was great taking me from not knowing the first thing about dancing through the two-step in a single lesson, an accomplishment for us both. He was great in explaining the basic steps, having me practice, then dancing with a partner and the whole time I never felt uncomfortable or spastic. If The Dancing Cowboy can get a 50+ year old guy on the dance floor, he can teach anybody who wants to learn

Hey everyone,

I just started a channel on YouTube.

Below is one of my first videos. It's not line dancing, but it was still fun to make. YES, this is a real video. NO, I have not been hacked.

Stay tuned!

Last night I went to the Corner Shoppe in Santa Cruz to pick up stuff for a friend's party. I had my TDC promotional shirt, Wranglers, boots and hat on and the clerk asked if that was me on the shirt. I nodded and she said, "Right on!". Not the response I expected from the typical looking SC person. Just goes to show, you never know who has an appreciation for something you're into. Right on Santa Cruz!

Here's a shot I took at the Charlie Daniels concert this past Sunday.

Man can this guy rock the fiddle! He's not too bad on the guitar either!

Last Sunday evening, I had the opportunity to teach line dancing at the Rodeo Club in San Jose. It was a lot of fun and everyone was very supportive. Thanks  Tony for the tips! It's always good to get honest feedback after an event.

Anyway, I took about 30 or so shots with my camera and like any live action event, a few came out looking good. Here's one of them! Enjoy!
