Check out this great review on "Violently Delicate" (Which you can download for free here) from the Australian blog "Songs, Life and Bad Melodrama". This guy realy catched the Eatliz vibe. Read the full review here. Eatliz - Violently Delicate
If you had to sum up this amazing band in two words, then nothing does it better than the title of their debut release. Mashing the sounds of The Pixies, Fall of Troy, The Mars Volta and Bjork with strong pop and rock sensibilities, the Tel Aviv native 6-piece are a forced to be be reckoned with. Lee Triffon's vocals soar beautifully over the sonic tapestry laid down by a strong rhythm section of three guitars, bass and drums. The highlights of the album have to be the two singles, Hey and Attractive. Not only are they wonderful musically, but they are almost polar opposites. Attractive is very reminiscent of The Pixies at their best, with some funky sax thrown, while Hey defies classification. Not only that, but the video is mind blowing. Seriously, everyone should give these guys a listen.Eatliz - Violently Delicate (4.5/5)

Hey gets a massive international respect this month!
3D World magazine, one of the important 3D graphics magazines worlwide
have a special spot on HEY at the new issue of the mazazine (issue
121). 3D World published a comprehensive interview with Guy Ben
Shetrit, Hey director.
Here is a short teaser from 3D world website:
Guy Ben Shetrit is the composer, screenwriter, director, producer and
lead animator on this music video for his band Eatliz – one of Israel’s
leading alternative rock bands.
The story itself is quite ’alternative’, while being highly
character-driven. It tells the tale of a lonely, punky, blue-haired
girl whose only companion is a huge toad.
Along the way, the toad is magically transformed into a helium balloon,
and the story follows the girl’s adventures as she chases it around
various landscapes.
The music and animation complement each other well: the heavy rock song
changes tempos and moods quickly, matching the fast-paced and perfectly
cut direction of the animation.

Canadian AWMusic music magazine, has a great review on Hey animation music video and single. "...The animation is really quite amazing and seems to be a surrealistic telling of a girls weird adventures as she chases her pet toad who is in the guise of a green balloon. It is like Tim Burton, M. C. Escher and David Lynch engaged in some kind of bizarre menage a trios. The music that accompanies it is also surreal and eclectic. It is a mix of styles and genres and sounds a bit like Rasputina meets Kate Bush...Together, the film-like video and song weave a twisted narrative which could be a symbolic telling of the girls journey from childhood into adulthood..."
