 I am so excited to be alive today.....Well as you know I myself Prodigal Son has signed with LIfe LIne World-wide for Marketing services for my new upcoming cd "JESUS CHRIST SUPA-star" off of HOLY-wood Records/INFINITY distribution JAN. 19, 2010 NATIONWIDE

 I have a digital recording system with excellent sound quality.. All of my records that are currenlty being played on radio now have been recorded by me in my studio..Including my new album MY BLOKK.. Jan 07'....

The music industry has given gospel rap music a title called "HOLY HIP HOP".. Me myself being a gospel rap artist truly don't like the name "HOLY HIP HOP".. The reason i don't like the term is because not every person doing gospel hip hop is as holy as the music title!  Granted noone in this world we live in is perfect.. but if your doing gospel music i would hope your living the life your speaking of to the best of your abilities! There are a lot of people who perform gospel rap music for the purpose of gaining a few fans, making a couple dollars, making a cd, and call themselves JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTARS.. and its only because they couldn't make it in the secular world.. I've been on the other side of the fence and its not preety... I have been healed of Breast Cancer, served 8 yrs. of my life behind prison walls, and i live for Christ. So is it wrong for me to feel a little offended when i see gospel rap artist faking the walk they speak of? How would u like it if someone claimed to be something they really aren't....Tell me your thoughts!

Is gospel music really gospel music if the song doesn't mention Jesus Christ? I hear a lot of songs in the christian music industry whether its rap (holy hip hop) or R&B or shall i say R&G.. that never speak of the name Jesus, or let me state that again the artist mentions Jesus in the form of he/or him.. Tell me what you think about this style of music, that's labeled gospel, but the artist doesn't speak of Jesus Christ!
