The Danish Financial Advisory Board (Finanstilsynet) has charged me with the offence of using the name "bank" in my art project: "Bank of International Art Money". I am beeing interrogated by police this wednsday, and have to defend my case in court against the highest authority on financial matters in the free democracy of Denmark.

It sounds like a bad joke, but it is sadly serious. They will try to imprison me for four month!

After wednsday I will know more. I expect this trail will take some time. I allready had the battle when I appealed the case two years ago. It took 1½ years - and I lost!

Danish Financial Advisory Board (Finanstilsynet) accuse BIAM ceo, Lars Kraemmer, for braking the law. They claim it is illegal to use the name "Bank" for the artproject. Kraemmer appealed the desicion to "Erhvervsankenævnet". After 1½ year Kraemmer lost the appeal, and will now have to go to court. He risks up to 4 month in prison. (Denmark claims to be a land of free speach...)
