Here´s a review in Swedish of the show in Växjö the 13th of November. We will translate the review later on and for the none Swedish readers AA received 4 stars out of 5.

Det finns mig veterligen bara 3 renodlade AOR band i Sverige i dag, Treat,Bad habit och Alyson Avenue, och det var just Alyson Avenue som intog scenen på ”Club Dirty Harry” i Växjö fredag den 13! Ja någon otursdag blev det dock inte, redan vid 23 tiden var det fullt ös på dansgolvet, och när bandet gick på vi midnatt var det fullt på stället. Alyson Avenue?? Vilka är dom frågar ni er? Ja om jag säger så att Nightwish snodde den förra sångerskan Anette Olzon så kanske det ringer en klocka?? Då Anette lämnade bandet för Nightwish började sökandet efter en ny, och man hittatde Arabella Vitanc. Och det kan jag säga, hon har en pipa som inte går av för hackor! Alyson Avenue bjöd på AOR i världsklass, suveräna melodier och snygga refränger som fastnar direkt. ”Toninght Is All You Get” ”All This Time” ”Whenever You Need Someone” är låtar med skyhög hit potential.
Dessutom gör man en suverän cover på Vixens ”Edge Of A Broken Heart” under kvällen. Arabella är en mycket fängslande sångerska med en otrolig röst och närvaro.
Bandet har gett ut 2 skivor så här långt, ”Precense Of Mind” (2000) ”Omega” (2004) Gillar ni band som Vixen, Saraya, Fiona mfl, så är detta ett band för er, Alyson Avenues spelning på ”Dirty Harry” var av absolut högsta klass.

Alyson Avenue will play in Stockholm, Saturday the 16:th of January 2010 at The Cave Rockclub! This is the First time Alyson Avenue plays in the capitol of Sweden and We are really looking forward to meet the Melodic Rock Audience of Stockholm.

Hi Folks,

Alyson Avenue is currently in rehearsals for upcoming Live dates that are soon to be announced.

The band is very eager to meet its audience and play not only the classic Alyson Avenue tracks but also show how the addition of Arabella Vitanc on lead vocals has developed the band’s sound.

The re-release "Presence Of Mind" compilation is a copy of the initial album released in 2000. The new "Omega" compilation is a totally reworked album where a lot of tracks has been re-recorded to better be in line with how the band wants the album to sound like compared to the original 2004 release of Omega. The new "Omega" compilation also has added material in the form of 5 demo songs that did not make it in to the original release for different reasons.

ALYSON AVENUE are re-releasing Presence Of Mind and Omega on may 29th thru YesterRock and NL-Distribution.

Omega is re-recorded altough Anette..s vocals still remain, while Presence Of Mind still is in it..s original. Omega, which will be Omega II, also includes 5 bonustracks.

The reason to this is that the albums have become rare items and very hard to find as they are out of print.

We will be back with more hot stuff very soon!
