WHAT THE HELL
WE ARE BACK?!

WHY YES.
unfinished business requires closure; new threads require new opportunities.

Contents:
1) The Echo Project
2) Shirts for sale
3) Debut CD: "The Great Book of Mysterys (and how to solv them)" for sale THIS WEEKEND
4) Future
=========

1) The Secret Life is BACK, and we're blowing up The Echo Project w/our favorite local & national acts.

WHO: Threv & Tricil (Matt Simpson & John Jacobus)
WHAT: SL @ The Echo Project (http://the-echoproject.com), ALBUM RELEASE
WHEN: Echo Project is THIS WEEKEND. We play the 99x Locals stage at 8 pm on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13
WHERE: (from Atlanta) I-85 South to exit 69; follow signs to South Fulton Parkway. Go 8 miles & turn right onto Cedar Grove Rd.
WHY: Unfinished business; a new year; new friends; old flames; and an excuse to party the fuck down with:
- Rabbit in the Moon
- The Flaming Lips
- The Killers
- Thievery Corporation
- The Roots
- Random Rabbit
- MSTRKRFT
and many more.

If you can't make it to this show (and tickets are about $150, so many can not!) we will be performing more shows, and we'll get back w/you on that.
We look forward to rockin' our 1st show in *over a year*. Much has transpired in our lives & the lives of those around us, and we hope the past has been
pleasant to all our fans (and foes!)

2) We have a brand new run of eco-friendly shirts from Alternative Apparel that we're selling at the Echo Project. If we do not sell out of them at the show,
we will have some for sale personally after the show. Here's an image:

They look great, feel great, and hopefully they make you happy.

3) This is quite possibly our biggest news:
Our long-awaited debut CD will be available for sale THIS WEEKEND through Nophi Recordings:
The Great Book of Mysterys (and how to solv them)

Featuring remixes from Logickal, Push Button Action Man, r_garcia, Omar Torres (formerly of Skinny Puppy), Bitrot, and Not Breathing.
11 original tracks
6 remixes

Please contact
threv@nophi.net
or
tricil@gmail.com
for sales after this weekend.

We are absolutely thrilled to have wrapped up this long delayed chapter of our lives so we can focus on the bright future.
Thanks so much to everyone who supported us, kept us warm, and showed us love. We want to give back the love you gave with a fine quality release,
and we are both exceedingly proud of the final result. Tell a friend!
Check www.nophi.net and www.phitunes.com for wide-range availability next week.

4) Future...
We will be playing some local shows in support of our album.
In the immediate future, check out:
THE 2007 ATLANTA LAPTOP BATTLE FINALS
www.nophi.net/laptopbattle

Threv is hosting this at Lenny's Bar on Thursday, October 18. 8 contestants compete in 3-minute battles to crown 1 champion who will be sent to
Seattle on December 1 to compete in the National Laptop Battle Finals.

Last year's finals saw the mighty showdown b/w Threv & Tricil in the final match. Don't miss the finest electronics show you'll see all year, featuring:
Josh Clayton, Dr. Reinhardt (aka Matt Jeanes of Larvae), Andrew Provine & Charlie P (of Random Rabbit), Poodleface, Citizen Green, and pH.

www.nophi.net/laptopbattle

Tricil will be playing various one off shows from now until the end of the year, so far only one is scheduled a week after the Echo Project at Chad LeBlac's house (info on the tricil myspace: www.myspace.com/tricil ) Tricil is working on a full length debut due spring 2008 using only his guitar, some mics, and Ableton Suite (no external software). Speaking of Ableton, tricil helps run the local Atlanta Ableton User Group: email
Atlantaug@ableton.com
to sign up and check
www.myspace.com/abletonatl
for more details.

and Threv's new projects Harmaline & PASSWARDSZ will be closing out the night on October 27 with DJ SPOOKY at The Loft in downtown Atlanta.

As always, check

for updated information,
and do yourself a favor & hit up
www.nophi.net

if you know anything about us, we claim to be Atlanta's most rabid Skinny Puppy fans...

seeing as how we've checked litany (from it's old userpages.aug.com to it's newer dedicated domain) for upwards of 10 years now it is a great honor to be mentioned on there in some format

congratulations to threv!

"Omar Torres, who has worked closely with Subcon in the past and most recently appeared on PlatEAU's magnificent Kushbush, will be appearing on Matt Simpson's Georgia Tech WREK radio show The Mobius this Wednesday 7-9pm local time. You can hear this streaming live on the web here. "

link.

We also have the great privilege of calling Mr. Torres a friend. The guy helped write "Ghostman" and "Past Present"

expect a very cool Torres-related announcement soon.....
