I was so blessed to be were the Lord was on Saturday night and getting ministered to by my fellow co-laborers in the Gospel. Great things are going down because we all stand before an "OPEN HEAVEN" and God is just waiting for us to use the right key to unlock the door of it. Saturday night DESR (Double Edge Sword Records) Mobile Club was kick off so now we will be able to supply you with your favorite DESR artist ringtones and just information on DESR on a more personal level. God has opened doors for the DESR soldiers to go to China, Japan, and etc. to minister the Gospel to the people and we all thank you for your support whether it was feeding us, buying CD's, posters, support concerts and all the way down to encouraging us through prayer and conversation. May God bless the readers of the blog and certainly the doers of his word. My soul is full and the DESR soldiers love you.

I got a revelation yesterday at the gym. And this is what God showed me. I see how when people come to the gym to workout and to better thier body along with thier health, they dress a certain way. Then the Lord showed me how the people that come with intentions to " give themselves a workout so that thier body can workout for them in the future" they leave sweaty, tired,  and in pain due to the workout.

Then on the other hand you have the ones that come to the gym only to talk and impress others with thier physic. These are the ones that leave the gym with thier shirt dryer then what they came in with. These are the ones that can tell you all you did but none of what they did.

TRANSLATION: You have saints nowadays that come to the GYM (CHURCH) with expectatins of the pain "because pain equals progress", they come equipped with the proper equipment for the training like their weight lifting gloves (pen or pencils) and mind set (anticipation and expectation for the word). These are the ones that understands that there is going to be pain, correction, and sometimes even rebuke but all the while they know that strength comes by way of hurt, pain, fatigue and/ or conviction. Once they feel any of these feelings to their spirit man then they know that it is just part of the pruning process.

So to the real people that go to the wieght room to actually lift wieghts and gets result through actually working out remember this: Pain equals Progress and Progress equals Pruning for Perfection to your Person. 

I HAVE FOUND VERY RECENTLY THAT THE WORD "FORGIVE" CAN KILL A PERSON BY NOT USING IT, OR RESTORE A PERSON FROM USING IT. I HAVE FOUND THAT MANY OF US THAT CLAIM TO BE CHRISTIAN OR A GOOD PERSON WILL NEVER REALLY WALK IN OUR GOD GIVING PROMISE IF WE NEVER FORGIVE. FORGIVENESS IS A WORD THAT SHOULD BE USE TOWARD ONE WHO MALESTED YOU, PLOTTED AGIANST YOU, LIED TO YOU, AND EVEN CHEATED ON YOU. AND I FEEL I AM QUALIFIED TO SPEAK ON THIS VERY THING BECAUSE I HAVE EXPERIENCE THEM ALL AND FORGAVE THEM ALL FACE-TO-FACE. AND LET ME TELL YOU...TO SEE THE RECIPENTS FACE AFTER YOU HAVE LOOKED THEM DEAD IN THE EYE AND SAID THE WORDS "I FORGIVE YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE AND ANYTHING THAT I MAY HAVE DO AGAINST YOU PLEASE FORGIVE ME". SO TO ALL MY SUPPORTERS I PRAY THAT SOME HOW SOME WAY YOU FIND IN YOUR HEARTS TO FORGIVE THOSE THAT OFFENED YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE HOLDING YOURSELF BACK FROM YOUR PROMISES. I GUARRENTEE THAT IF/ WHEN YOU FORGIVE YOU WILL BLESSINGS POUR INTO YOUR LAP THAT YOU NEVER THOUGHT BEFORE. I LOVE AND I FORGIVE THOSE THAT I MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN.

I am, James "Da Clay" Owens, the Assistant Promotional Manager and Artist of Double Edge Sword Records. I write unto you a vision, given unto my co-laborers and I from the Lord, to build a Street Team of individuals that are not ashamed (Romans 1:16-17) and would implement their individualism to bring this vision into it's fullness.

What we need are a people that are willing to apply whatever they must; to help promote this ministry at different venues around the world. So that more people ( lost, backslidden and even found) can engulf a word of encouragement, an experience and strategy of how to enjoy life as a better vessel on a very cold planet. We understand that everyone does not have the funds, the know-how, and/or the connections to sponsor us at all our events. THE ONLY THING THAT IS MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN GOD HIMSELF, HIS SEEING HIS CHILDREN FINALLY COME TO THE UNDERSTANDING THAT HE IS THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIGHT. WE SEEN MANY PEOPLE REDEDICATE THEIR LIVES TO CHRIST, MANY RECEIVED PRAYER, AND SOME RECIEVED CHRIST INTO THIER LIFE FOR THE FIRST TIME.

THIS JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU THAT NO MATTER HOW HARD OR COLD-HEARTED YOU ARE, CHRIST HAS NEVER STOPPED LOVING YOU. AND NO MATTER WHAT STYLE OF MUSIC YOU USE, AS LONG AS THE WORD IS GOING FORTH, YOU CAN'T LOSE ALL YOU CAN DO IS GAIN SOULS TO CHRIST.

SO OTHER CHRISTIAN ARTIST OUT THERE YALL KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING BECAUSE GOD IS PLEASED WHEN YOU LOOK PAST THE OUTER SHELL TO WHAT REALLY MATTERS ( THE MIND, HEART,AND SOUL ). THE HARDCORE FACT IS THAT WE ALL NEED TO BE SAVED REGARDLESS OF BACKGROUND OR HOW GOOD OF A LIFESTYLE YOUR LIVING, WE ALL NEED HIM. JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I JUST WANT TO PRAISE GOD FOR ALL HE HAS DONE IN MY LIFE ONCE AGAIN. EVERY SINCE A CAME TO COLORADO SPRINGS IN MARCH OF 2006 TO FORT CARSON. THE DESIRE THAT CONTINUED TO BEAT IN MY HEART WAS TO CONNECT WITH SOME BROTHERS THAT WERE NOT ONLY IN LOVE WITH GOD, HITTIN' THE STREETS AND SERVING GOD, BUT ALSO SOME THAT HAD A TRUE HEART FOR GOD SO THAT WE CAN BE LIKE THE BIBLE SAYS, "...IRON SHARPENTH IRON..."!

TO SUM UP MY TESTIMONY I WANT TO JUST SAY THAT THE TIME HAS COME FOR ME TO TRANSLATE GOD'S HEART ON BEATS SINCE HE HAS TEAMED ME UP WITH THE BROTHERS FROM DOUBLE EDGE SWORD RECORDS WWW.DOUBLESWORDRECORDS.COM NOW THIS FAMILY AND I CAN PURSUE IN WINNING THE LOST, THE FOUND BUT BLIND, AND THE JUST PLAIN INGORNANT SOULS TO THE KINGDOM. I never had the gift to rapping as I was growning up in North Carolina. But since I came to Christ Jesus he has instilled this gift inside of me. One thing I wondered for a while was if this gift was supposed to used in the Kingdom. ( Just a note) Anything that God gives you is for his glory, his knigdom, to compel those who are lost and can't see ( blindly walking on earth) win oer there soul.

And let me tell you this gift is seriously making room for itself. I hae now been offered to join a record label. and hae already performed at about 5 different concerts and church fund raisers. But the best of all is that I have had the privilage to perform with some outstanding artists like Jay May & S.O.C.O.M. ( of Double Edge Sword Records) and Canton Jones out of Hotlanta. Now I am determined to produce soul winning music for my fellow brother and sisters in Christ to use as to communicate and plant seeds in lives that aren't found. Last but not least, never forget the value of your accomplishments because when the Lord fulfill the desire of your heart he trust you to not forget the intensity of your desire before you recieved that thing.
