Hey littleSUNDAY fans! How can I sum up the last few festival shows performed by littleSUNDAY in one word? A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!!!!
littleSUNDAY have been keeping busy with lots of shows over the past couple of months and it looks like they are not going to be slowing down!!!! You couldn't have asked for a better day for the Fix Our World Festival in Hamilton. What an amazing day for an outdoor concert with the tunes of littleSUNDAY vibrating through the air! The Rail City Music Festival was a fun night, and littleSUNDAY demonstrated their musicianship to the fullest!!! The room was just filled with rockin' tunes all night long! The New Music Festival was a blast! littleSUNDAY performed at The Mansion in Barrie on Saturday evening. It you haven't been to this venue it is hard to miss it since at the entrance there is a girl sitting on a swing swaying back and forth in the air (sorry guys I just couldn't write a blog without mentioning her! I never saw her get off that thing all night! lol) The venue was packed and shooters were flowing for charity. There were lots of great bands showcasing that evening and littleSUNDAY blew the roof off the place! (no ladies on swings were injured in the process). Kidding aside, I think it was the best littleSUNDAY performance I have ever seen! I just loved it! The venue, the lighting, the sound it was all one tight package! The band returned to The Mansion last night for the New Music Fest Award show which had over 20 independent music award categories in which littleSUNDAY was nominated in the best song and best alternative rock categories. We were treated to performances by Hello Beautiful, The Entropy, Three Penny Opus, littleSUNDAY, Sarah Melody, Miclordz & Sauce Funky, Graham Greer and Marta who came all the way from Australia! littleSUNDAY took the stage for four songs and they rocked the place again! Congrats to littleSUNDAY for winning the award in the "Best Alternative Rock" category.

littleSUNDAY Nominated for Two Awards!  DOS Records is proud to congratulate our first signed artist littleSUNDAY on their recent nominations at this year's Barrie New Music Festival. The band has been nominated for two awards, including 'Best Alternative Rock Band', and 'Best Song' of the year for making headway in the music industry for several years now.
They have performed on large stages with the likes of Thornley, Default, Econoline Crush, Suzie McNeil and Honeymoon Suite, and continue to amaze crowds with their lively stage performances and quality song writing abilities.
littleSUNDAY is also endorsed by several major companies including Dot On Shaft Guitars, SnapJack Cables, Firewire Strings, and UDrum.
littleSUNDAY has been receiving steady airplay on Rock95, Barrie rock station, and the momentum keeps building. With the recent release of their 4th CD enitled, 'Let it All Out' on June 26th, the band is re energized and performing major festivals and clubs in the area.
They are scheduled to perform at The Mansion Nightclub located on 34 Dunlop Street in Barrie on Saturday September 12th in support of the Barrie New Music Festival. On Sunday, September 13th, The Mansion Nightclub will host the Barrie New Music Awards! Good Luck littleSUNDAY!
