We are currently posting new tour dates for January's IN THE DEAD OF WINTOUR with BLIND WITNESS and Years of Red Skies! We are posting the dates as they are being confirmed! Please note that if you DO NOT see your city on the list, don't worry! We are coming to a city near you!!!!

UPDATE: DECEMBER 2009!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone!!!
First off, we hope all of you had a good Thanksgiving with your friends and families and we also want to thank everyone who came out and supported us on this last tour we did. We love you guys!!!! So now for the update...........

For starters, the record IS DONE!!!!!!! FINALLY!!! We will be mixing and mastering it this month and it will be out early 2010. We are sorry for the wait, but we guarantee it is worth it. We worked very hard on this record for you guys. We also re-entered a new record deal with Mediaskare/Century media records for three more albums, so you know that we aren't going anywhere for a while. If you get a chance please go over to myspace.com/mediaskare and check out some of the other brutal bands on the label. We recorded 15 songs for this record, 10 to 12 of which will make the record. We shot a video for "The Last One Standing", directed by Scott Hansen, that is fucking amazing!!! We will post a trailer for it very soon...

Next, we are booking our North America tour as I write this. We will be coming to your town for sure. Joining us will be our good friends and labelmates, "Blind Witness". Be sure to check them out at www.myspace.com/blindwitness. They're fucking brutal!! The tour will start in January and lead us into April. Tour dates will start being posted this week. If you dont see your city, be patient, we will be there or damn close to it!! And for our friends in Europe, Australia, and South America, we will be visiting you in 2010 as well. We are trying to get into Canada, but due to some of us having criminal records, its a little difficult. We are working on it though :). Also, if you buy a t-shirt or a cd at one of our shows on this tour, you will be automatically entered to win a Fernandes guitar signed by the entire band!! We are also making an attempt to get closer to our fans as well. We will be posting daily tour diaries, webisodes, and each band member now has a Twitter on the SC page so you can see where we are falling down drunk!!!!! FOLLOW US!!!!! We are posting some current photos of the band, many from the last tour we did in Sept/Oct of this year. We hope you enjoy!!!

hey guys, i know it's been a while but i have some news for ya. as you all know i have been working really hard on the new spineshank record the last several months, but i have been working on the new silent civilian record as well. we just recorded 2 tracks with chris mora playing drums. tho it doesn't look like he will be returning to the band, we are still very close friends and consider him family. we want to thank him for helping us out untill we find a permanent replacement. as i am writing this, dave and i are finishing up the guitar tracks to these songs, with vocals following next. once they are mixed, we will post one of them for you guys, hopefully in the next week or two. we will also anounce the album title and release date as well. so hang in there guys, it's comin. just check the page every day. other than that,..... KEEP IT METAL!!!!
