Mark Doyle and the Es Vive team have been working together since 2001. Their relationship has produced 10 amazing compilations including the "The Base Bar" series and the stunning "Es Vive" series. This year Fierce Angel returns to their favourite address in Ibiza for another 3CD mix of the Fiercest Ibiza anthems. Each CD provides a different flavour of the worlds coolest island and the island's hippest hotel. Compiled and mixed by Mark Doyle the CD has been fine-tuned with the assistance of hotel owner Jason Bull and Fierce Angel Ibiza resident Ben Santiago.

This years CD features the amazing artwork of Jason Cook alongside model Louise Cliffe, their combined efforts have produced a unique set of images that capture the essence of
Fierce Angel, Es Vive and Ibiza!

CD1 is a much more laidback affair than previous years with a return to a proper Ibiza chill-out selection. The first CD features Fierce Angel regulars rubbing shoulders with some hot new artists; Eric Kupper has remixed Peyton & Robina into Fierce poolside anthems, Chris Coco has provides two absolute Ibiza moments from Liquid Sunrays & City Reverb and the CD is completed by an exclusive collaboration between Fierce Angel friends Zak Radak and The Lovely Laura. This deep house anthem is the perfect finish to a sun-drenched selection of daytime chill.

CD2 moves into dance-floor territory in preparation for a night on the town in Ibiza and where better to spend it than at the legendary Base Bar. This little bar in Ibiza town has entertained some of the biggest names in dance music and continues to be the only place to start a wild night out. The mix begins on a funky tip with offerings from Sam Sparro, Freemasons and Gusto then toughens up with future anthems from Ultravibe, Prok & Fitch and Stonebridge & Wawa.

CD3 is a taste of Ibiza's best-kept secret, the hottest late night bar in Ibiza's hippest hotel – The Smirnoff Experience Bar at Es Vive! This mix is a much darker twisted affair and reflects the sound of Fierce Angel in full effect at 6am. The mix begins in deeper electronic territory with offerings from Satoshie Tomiie, Axwell, Pryda and Shapeshifters then notches up the madness with tracks from Kris Menace & Spooky and Alan Braxe. The CD closes with 3 absolute anthems from Meck, The Potbelleez and Dirty South. Each one is a hands in the air Ibiza moment and the perfect way to capture
the atmosphere of Es Vive!

Fierce Angel is in residence at Es Vive each and every Saturday and the opening weekend had it's own share of Ibiza moments including Jason Bull going on the missing list before a TV interview, the theft of Shane's beloved motorbike from outside the hotel and argument about just how many spiders you swallow in a year ...Only in Ibiza!

Fierce Angel return with their second full CD release of 2008. Angels Fall is a sublime compilation of the finest chill-out featuring a selection of cutting edge artists and true classics.

The label continue with their new look branding with a stunning piece of artwork that combines the talents of illustrator Jason Jaroslav Cook, photographer Katja Mayer, model Dominique Annaliese with Makeup by Dan Paul Flores for Wet N Wild.

The album features 3 CD's each with it's own distinctive style. CD1 is predominantly acoustic with some amazing new female artists including Sarah Whatmore, Laura Fowles Amy Studt and Charlotte Martin. Fierce Angel isn't afraid to tap into the mainstream if the music is good and the best examples of this are tracks by top artists Mika and The Feeing that close this CD.

CD2 is a little more cutting edge with another great selection of tracks from artists like the newly signed Speck Mountain, Grand National and Gotye. Once again major artists play a factor in the tracklist with the epic Nude by Radiohead and Elle by
Sebastien Tellier.

The third and last CD is Marks' personal selection of the finest classic chill. This CD needs absolutely no explanation as artists like Zero 7 rub shoulders with the Sneaker Pimps and Groove Armada.

The first full album of 2008 from Fierce Angel.

Fierce Disco II follows the success of last year's release with the finest fiercest selection of angelic house anthems hot from the Fierce Angel dance-floors. On this three CD set you'll find over 20 exclusive tracks all wrapped up in our deliciously decadent new artwork.

CD1 is bursting at the seams with new versions of old classics and one or two massive originals. The CD kicks off with a large helping of disco influenced house with new tracks from the Sunburst Band with "Rough Times", Verde with their version of the classic "Angel In My Pocket" and The Allstars with "All About The Music". Further on is a blast from the past as one of dance music's classic production teams Love TO Infinity get back together to rework one of their classic anthems the huge "Keep Love Together." The CD finishes up with 4 more fine reworks of classic anthems as hot new act Loveshy cover "AM to PM", Verde tackle "Free Gay N Happy," Martha Wash returns to "Work It Out" and the dance diva legend that is Kristine W brings the CD to a close with her version of the Diana Ross classic "The Boss."

We start with the new track from Wi-fi, "Last Night" and move on with a massive new mix of Peytons "A Little Sensitivity which comes courtesy of our very own Eric Kupper. the next track features yet another Fierce Angel friend in the rather lovely shape of Miss Rita Campbell who appears on the new Avalon Superstar track "What I Find" the remix comes courtesy of those hardworking Bassmonkeys ! Quick mention must got to Groove Factory who are a hot new label from the U.S, they've very kindly given us exclusives on both the Avalon Superstar track and the massive Loveless featuring Amanda Wilson with "Found A Miracle." Next we make no apologies for a second appearance from Peyton as his track "Til' You Come Back To Me" has been a huge DJ hit . Further on K-Klass give us a massive exclusive with their new track "Getting Ready" and we head toward the end of CD2 with some massive anthems from the label 3Beat Blue who have given us exclusives on "Tiny Dancer "and "Tripping On You." We finish CD2 with one of my favourite tracks on the album as our good friends the Bassmonkeys return with a cover of the classic "Here's Where The Story Ends." Once again the vocals are handled by amazingly talented Naomi Marsh and it's the perfect Fierce Anthem to finish up this CD.

CD3 takes Fierce Disco into deeper territory with a more electronic vibe and commences with two exclusives from Morjac & todd Terry with "Do It" and Danny Dove and Steve Smart on "Need In Me." Further on two Fierce Angel favourites return to our Cd's with tracks from Seamus Haji & Stonebridge and there is yet another exclusive from the Wideboys with Shaznay on Daddy O' which looks set to be massive this summer. Yet another unreleased exclusive is provided by Vandalism with Samsh disco and then we begin the end of the CD with some reworked classics from Out Of Office with Break Of Dawn, Liquid and "Sweet Harmony and Brad Hed with the huge "Girls and Boys." We finish off this selection with a slice of anthemic electronica from Super Mal with Light Years.

There you have it 33 fierce house anthems and a true labour of love to put together, we ended up with over 100 tracks to choose from and I think we managed to select another fine selection for your listening pleasure. The whole package is further complimented by the stunning art of Jason Jaroslav Cook who has been working his little creative socks off to make sure our first big release of the year looks truly stunning.

There is so much more to come we are already putting together the new Angels Fall and work has even begun on the next Beach Angel ..it's going to be a Fierce new year and I'd just like to say a huge thank you from all of the Angels for your continued support.
