Danielle de Picciotto and Alexander Hacke are currently being presented in the movie "In Berlin" by Ciro Cappelari and Michael Ballhaus  which  premiered on May 11th 2009 in cinemas.
The movie presents a fascinating impression of Berlin in which Danielle and  Alexander  are portrayed working on their project "The Ship Of Fools" in their Berlin studio.
Michael Ballhaus, known for his fine camera work in the Werner Fassbinder movies and Ciro Cappelari who is currently filming the pope, consider the artist couple perfect representatives for the exiting city and  follow them working on music and visuals, cycling down Berlin alleys or club-hopping late at night.
The movie also depicts Danielle working on her animation movie for the German Foreign Ministry -of which she has just finished a second one end of May 2009 - presenting the movie together  with the foreign minister of Germany Frank Walter Steinmeier.
