I have recently recorded some newly written songs. I always write about things going on in my life. With my recent vocal cord injury my life has been turned upside down. I was in love and had direction in my life yet I was fearful. My fears have left me alone and stagnant. I am embarking on a 100 mile spiritual pilgrimage to Chimayo today at noon with my Alex. It will take 5 days and I hope to find the answers God wants me to find. I have called the blog Todavia which is what I call my new recordings. I called it this because as usual I have written about love and my state of mind. I wrote my last set of songs and called it Perdido(lost). Todavia means still... as in still lost. I have always had direction in my life and for the first time my lack of direction has left my life spinning out of control.
